LBJ is the BEST in the WORLD right now.(no doubt) Only haters can argue to that. Hmmm many people disappointed to LBJ performance last year finals because he didnt show up against the MAVS my question is how can you show up if one of your family has a death threat. LBJ is not MJ. MJ show his greatness against SUNS in 93 finals but after that MJs father got killed. LBJ still young and i know and you know that LBJ can win a ring. All i can say right now is THE BIG 3 of MIAMI is a failure if not ended in a CHAMPIONSHIP RING this year or next year.

Kobie is the best in my opinion.By the way, he has rings and  I despise the Lakers.But, I have to be objective.

and actually allen iverson single handily got to finals, and the year lebron wen tto finals with caavs he shot 18% for the series in the finals, il say this again how can a guyn as talented as lebron play in 10 nba finals games and not score 25 points in 1 of those games and average 2 point per game in 4th quarter in finals.  its bevause he is a frontrunnin bitch wen he knows his team is better he will put on a show but once the talent is equal he will shit his pants.  Most gifted player yes best player no

Seriously how can Lebron be the best player in the league? Shouldn't the best player in the league lead his team to @ least 1 NBA Championship? How  can the bst player in the league not do that for his team since he is THE BEST!?!? Jordan did it, Magic did it, Kobe did it, Wade did it......?!?!?

How can you even measure Lebrons skills/talents right now when he is stacked w/ Wade & Bosh allowing Lebron to have the easiest time on the floor in his career w/ the attention Wade & Bosh get taking away all the focus on him that he used to get throughout his career?!?!?!?

seriously... if there were a redraft right now... any team that took Lebron ahead of Rose and Durant should have their GM fired on the spot!  Rose and Durant have still yet to reach their peak... Rose isn't even close to his peak... the guy still has at least 10 years of bball ahead of him...

totally agree with u , idiot,lebron is the only player without a true weakness to his game , yea i would take rose first definatley!!! lol. the guy cant even stay on the court! the bulls are playing as good without rose as they were with him, u take lebron off miami they are good but no where near as good without him

if you would take anything other than a PG or Center with your first pick in a re-draft, then you do not understand the value of these positions... you get only one chance to get a guy like Derek Rose, but there are 10 or 15 guys who can fill the role of a Lebron James type of player... it's all about value, and Derek Rose not only has the most value at the most critical position, but he also has the most years of prime play ahead of him...

your other arguments are moot...

yep agree with you again, lol, 10-15 players who gaurd  1-4 posiion, play the point , score 27 a game  shoot 55 percent from the field, yep definately would like to pick a volume shootin point gaurd  who takes 30 shots to get 30 points

in simplest terms... the difference between the #1 PG and #15 PG in the NBA is enormously greater than the difference between the #1 SF and #15 SF in the NBA... that is what this debate is about... if you don't understand that, then you don't understand the debate...

if it is strickly about rings than the only player  that has any reason to be this comersation would be kobe, howard doesnt have a ring ,durant doesnt have a ring and neither does  rose , i beg to differ about rose becuase he is not the best point gaurd in the league chirs paul is , tony parker , russell westbrick , deron williams are in the same league , and if your looking for a true point gaurd rondo is better!

Rose is the best point guard in the league by a significant margin... AND he is a true point guard!  just because you can score doesn't mean you aren't a true point guard... Rose has every skill you need in a point guard... every skill you could ever possibly want!

Lebron is going to win the Title this year he is too hungry and wants it more then anyone.  Lebron is also the best player in the NBA and is going to have a huge playoffs and finals!

u continue to say that, but the truth is a point guard is sapposed to make his teammates better , looking at the records this chicago team is a better team without rose, they are more balanced and pass the ball better without him.taking diffucult contested shoots over 2 defenders  is not smart basketball to me , he is shootin 43 percent from the field and 31 from 3, if he is such a good player why did lebron put him on lockdown in last years playoffs.put lebron on chris paul and see the outcome , not gonna be the same. rose uses his athletism  against his defender , when a guy is as athletic as him its over! oh and i do think rose is a stud , just not the best point guard or player

i think the problem here is that one of us is speaking from a perspective of 1 year's worth of basketball experience, and the other (me!) is speaking from a perspective of 30 year's worth of basketball experience...

if you really are suggesting that Rose doesn't make his teammates better (the same Rose that was MVP of the league in his 3rd year in the NBA, at the age of 21)... how can we possibly think your opinion holds any water?

answer: we can't... and it doesn't...

It takes a team to get rings.. something Lebron never had. He always had to play with scrubs.

I think CP3 is easily the best PG in the league.  Had him, Deron and Rose about even up until this season.  Its close though and Rondo is right up there with them too
