Is it me or does NBA line movement so crucial compare to other sports? Example: yesterday cavs game: line went from cavs -5 to. Game time. Memphis -1. (Memphis wins) Example: houston under 196. Game time 193 (under) Theres a lot more I have noticed.
Im keeping an eye on New Orleans today: Line starts at PK and now at -3. ( hopefully NO wins)
What im saying is line movement is almost spot. Or Is it just me?

This has lots to do with the "importance" of superstars in NBA to game outcome more than other sports (NFL, NHL etc etc).
Usually the lines move due to "big money moving" according to news/information/speculations on the changes on line up and health of players both of which change the outcome of NBA more than in other games (don't get me wrong - Manning missing is gonna shake game outcome probably more than any NBA superstar missing but you get my point).
Following line movement in NBA is probably more accurate than in any other sport but you never know which team is gonna rally so wouldn't take it as absolute truth but a good theory and additional info still

I think that so many keep an eye on line movement that you could go blindly into a game just based on line movement. Don't get me wrong, line movement is important, but that should just be a factor. Look at everything, do the research, get the feel of what's going on surrounding the teams, get your hands on as much Information as possible. Read and research! If a line moves two to three points you should not only watch it, but ask yourself "Why?" Look, that line is moving for a reason, some know, most don't. Yeah it may be heavy money, or it could be the line makers just found out something, or it could be false information leaked, or true information leaked. Again, do the research and find out if you can. Sometimes we may never know......and that's my 2 cents worth. Good luck tonight and every night fellas....unless your on the other side.
