I didn't know I couldn't ask you a question based on my join date since that means so much. The only reason I am in your thread is because I realize you know much more about betting basketball than I do and I am here trying to learn. I followed you all last year and this year and just never created a handle. Also, I said keep up with your winnings so that you could go back and look at what you bet on a hard copy here at covers. Never said you were trying to boost up your winnings or tell people how much you had won because like you said you have never done that. I appreciate you posting your combined teasers for today and tomorrow and I hope you continue to do that if possible, if not I understand and just to let you know I was not questioning you as I realize you are busy overseas.
My sincere apologies bud. I misunderstood you completely. I mistook your post for sarcasm. I thought you were stating that there was no point is posting the teasers that I still had going for today considering the Spurs had covered the teaser last night. I understand it is not much help to covers brothers who are betting today, but I find it important to show that instead of just the OKC/SAN AN teaser, I also had 2 other teasers including the Spurs. I think in the long-run it will help followers know that I had more riding on the Spurs. It shows where my confidence lies when it comes to the series and future wagers. I appreciate your post and once again apologize for my mis comprehension of your initial post. I will continue to post future combined teasers prior to. Good luck to you.

Glad I was able to point that out to ya. I realize you are new here, but you will come to realize I am not like many on here. I could give two shits what people think about me. I post what I play and why I play them. I take the time out of my schedule to do so because of cats I have met on covers that are appreciative. Trust me I don't play games.
As for the Nugs I am slowly beginning to get quite scared of this game tonight. I never look into line movement but that 1 point shift does make me think. The thing is I am sure Booz and Milsap have a big game, if Deron goes off for a legendary night or if C.J or Wesley contribute offensively I think my bet may be in trouble. However Jerry Sloan never really changes his approach and they just cannot and will not stop Mello. Hopefully Nugs can cover. Good luck.

I use bet365 and sportingbet.com. Bet365 has the props at 1 point higher. Sportingbet gives me reduced juice all season on all bets except for quarters and halfs. All you have to do is call them and deposit a large negotiable amount and keep it there for a specified time. Not really into prop bets a lot however I feel that laying a unit each on the two most formidable scorers tonight is a good gamble. Best of luck bud.

I like that all of these are tied into the Cavs. They looked extremely good on Saturday, and they look ready to make a run.
Yea bro, I feel that Cavs winning is as sure as it gets. Especially when I am getting -700 on the Cavs ML. I think that is really a steal. Most if not all teasers have the Cavs winning, if they lose Mak will probably cry but I just cannot see that happening at all. They are very focused right now, IMO they have the best team in the NBA and are my pick to hoist the trophy over their heads. Wishing you the best if luck with you wagers bud.

ayo mak my book is puttin cavs at 10 1/2 and DEN at 7 or 7/12...
i see you leaning on cavs at 9 so im not sure whats the best choices tonight... holla back !
My advice to you would be to lay 10 with the Cavs. By the hook, hooks suck ass. I hate em with a passion. I would lay off the Nugs if I were you. Honestly if I wasn't already locked in to the Nugs I would lay off the game. I don't really like hedging my gut feel otherwise I would hedge and lay off the Nugs. Maybe I am reading to much into the line movement but the Jazz men did stay within reach of the game until the 4th quarter where they saw 3 balls rain down and ruin their parade. Nugs should still win this game but I have an eerie feeling about this one now. BOL whatever you decide.

Hey fellas glad the Cavs came through in the 4th. Closer game then I expected. A win is a win nonetheless. Should have trusted my spidey-sense and hedged the Denver bet. Something told me the Jazz men would come out and surprise but it was a little too late to do anything about, + I didn't have the balls to hedge with Utah so it is my fault. Didn't play any 2nd half bets, nothing to add to yesterday. Am finalizing the Tuesday card and will post in a bit. Hope you all had a good one. Peace out gents - - - MAK

PORTLAND TRAIL-BLAZERS + 10 (-130) - - - Don't really like the attitude
of most bettors saying that the Suns will come out and demolish the Blazers
tonight. I don't see it. Right now all the pressure is on the PHX
Suns to tie up this series heading back to Rip City. Blazers have no
pressure on them after stealing game 1. The fact of the matter is the
Blazers are a mis-match for the Suns. They always have been. They
have taken 5 of the last 6 games from the Suns with the only Suns victory
coming late in the season where the Suns out-scored the Blazers by 10 in the
4th to win by 6. The only reason the Blazers lost that game was due to
the fact that the shot a ridiculously atrocious 2-17 from beyond the arc.
The Blazers had that game and could have easily had the pleasure of stating
they have taken 6 straight from the Suns. Matchup wise the Suns are in
trouble. Stoudemire seems to have a consistent problem playing well
against Aldridge. In the last 6 games Amare has played in 5 of those and
only once has he had a good game (above 50% shooting) Now alongside
Aldridge he has to contend with a beast in the paint named Marcus Camby.
Camby is a monster in this game, similar to the Lochness, his flow might be
slow, but his game is a process. 17 boards, 3 blocks and a whole lot of intimidation
at the rim. Camby has also decided to stay with the Blazers for two more
years. According to reports he will sign a 2 year extention and get paid
close to 30 mil. The organization and fans love this cat and Camby is a
loyal dude. One who has never tested free-agency. He will leave
his blood sweat and tears for this team every-time he is on the floor. Frye and
Stoudamire just cannot handle to big play of Big L and Candy Man. My
X-Factor for this series is Nicholas Batum. I love this kid's game.
His frame is that of Durant...I said frame, not game. Batum is a very
long slithery forward who has a lot of defensive talent. He draped Jason
Richardson forcing him to go 4-12. He also guarded Grant Hill a bit who went
2-9. Batum's offensive game has gotten a lot better this season as
well. He is really the third option on offense behind Dre and Big
L. He went 7-13 hitting everything close to the rim and mid-range, he
only missed 3 point shots going 3 of 8. He is a yet another matchup
problem for the Suns. Dre was simply outstanding in game 1. He
out-played Steve Nash which is no easy task. 31, 8 and 5 is simply
impeccable. He can be prolific if he wants to be. Especially in an
uptempo style game. This season he has erupted for 52 points and even had
a 16 assist game. He is a capable point guard with veteran
resilience. Key to a game 2 cover for Portland comes down to Rudy,
Webster and Bayless. Bayless should come through, he has the confidence
to go at it now after a stellar game 1. He consistently takes the ball to
the rim and finds success finishing at the rim and getting to the line. Rudy and Webster are a
different story, they are consistently inconsistent, if even one of them can
provide some much needed offensive power for the Blazers they might even end up
stunning the Suns again. The Suns have not beaten the Blazers in PHX by
double-digits in a very long time, I doubt the pressure and roster mis-match
will allow them to do so in this pivotal game 2 situation. Blazers stay
within single digits or stun the Sun and force it to set.

LOS ANGELES LAKERS - 5 (-120) - - -
Tough game to cap and add to the card today, however I believe I am on
the right side in this one. In game one I was on the Thunder. Due to
an array of developing stories I do think the Lakers come out and prove
something tonight. First off this whole Kobe fiasco is getting out of
hand. A lot of people are doubting him. Doubting him due to injuries
is one thing, but doubting Kobe Bryant due to age and confidence is
wrong. Phil Jackson even commented on the fact that Kobe cannot take
it to the rim as his hops have diminished due to injury....Kobe and
Phil have not spoken since that comment. I think the Black Mamba
shoves a showtime dunk down the throats of his doubters in game 2.
Granted Kobe has shot the ball horrifically as of late. Even
free-throw struggles. That right index finger it an intricate part to
the shot, however when Kobe first injured it he seemed to have no
problem working through it. For god sakes this guy is ambidextrous and
I am certain he can shoot better with his off hand then most of us can
with our regular. In my opinion Kobe is the most intelligent
basketball player in the world. He even stated he can easily adjust
the shot and use more of his "fuck-you finger" (middle finger) to
project the ball into the hoop. That scares many, but not me. Your
boy Mak was not a good baller, couldn't defend, jump high or drive, but
I could always shoot. Once a shooter, always a shooter. Confidence is
key and despite rumors, Kobe Bryant has not lost, nor lacks the
confidence. He will put an end to his dismal shooting tonight and
remind the world why he has been the disputed best player in the
post-Jordan era. The return of Andrew Bynum is bigger then most
realize. It actually gives the Lakers a bench player in Lamar Odom.
At least something coming off the bench is better then nothing. Bynum
started strong and if he stays out of foul trouble he will be big in
game 2. Pau Gasol owns Jeff Green. On the boards it is not even a
competition. And if Green tries to exploit his quickness over Pau the
Lakers are quick with defensive help rotation. Kevin Durant stated the
two most formidable defenders he has faced in the NBA are Luc Richard
Mbah a Moute of the Bucks and Ron Artest. Artest blanketed him all
game long. Ron Ron has stepped up his defense in the playoffs and that
is why he was brought in despite his immense personal baggage. I like
what OKC brings off the bench in Collison, Ibaka, Harden and Maynor.
Colli buds and Serge will not be able to do much offensively vs Lamar,
Gasol and Bynum. Harden and Maynor get limited minutes and won't do
anything to propel OKC to victory. If Kobe and Co. can find a way to
contain Russell Westbrook this will be an easy dd victory.
