Couldn't fade my SPURS but couldn't pull the trigger on MEM either and luckily for OT cashing in the MEM TT.  Now no time for sleep, must do homework;

Why back MIAMI because of their impressive record after a LOSS?  Is that ALL you can throw my way?  INDI has outplayed these tools for 2 games now.  Battier's shooting bricks, RAY RAY is back to his OLD self, worn down ankles, missing FT's, BRON BRON is shooting what 60%, with a triple DBL, pouring in 30+ a game, TRYING to set up teammates, BIRDMAN is perfect from the field and the HEAT won on a blown assignment and lost SU?..Key here is D WADE.  Last game I had him to go over 17.5..6 at half, goes 4/4 from the floor in the 3rd Q sparking a comeback and then finds the pine to start the 4th..SPOELSTRA..that team doesn't need you.  D WADE has hadmuch success in his past because of his post game but with #55 there, he looks scared, the MIA ball handlers look scared..

Now on the defensive end what can we say?  INDI is having their way.  GEORGE is going toe to toe with BRON BRON, and for all those who dare compare LBJ to MJ let's take it down many notches.  MJ was able turn it up on both ends of the floor, LBJ can't.  MIA's D isn't playing THAT bad, INDI simply has too much SIZE.  HIBBERT is feasting on all of their lunches down low, tossing the #1 floppers down to the deck, it's playoff basketball! Even when he was sitting for the final couple mins in the first Q, INDI was able to sustain their lead. 

Now it's not like the MIA players can grow over night in order to bang with INDI in the paint, nor can pure shooters such as BATTIER or RAY RAY SUDDENLY break out of their slump  Trust me being a CELTICS fan i was hopeful game in game out.  And don't you worry the refs have TRIED to get RAY RAY going with the defensive 3 in the keys but like Mr. SHAW on the PACERS bench said.."BALL DON'T LIE"..  INDI is having their way, too many mismatches on the floor, the D is holding MIA below their season avg (minus OT) and now they're returning home where they shoot better and play even better D...I think ya'll know where I'm heading with this one, numbers to follow;

Hey bro, great write up. I am 6-1 in my last 7 playoffs and up almost 5k in playoffs overall. I love how you break everything down exactly on point. I used to be a player scout, so I like to think I know a little something. Not only has Ray Ray, and Battier shot bad, but it will get worse because now it's on the road. At that same time, Indiana's roll players should step up bigger now back at home. Not to mention their defense will be even more fierce thanks to the 6th man(the crowd).

gatorsneil75 Exactly my point.  What people fail to realize about ball is that think that superstars can "just turn it on".  It's not like they haven't been trying...what more can LBJ do?  INDI shoots better at home and plays more stout D and Spoelstra is such a bad coach.  I was on INDI ML in the first Q of last game at +170 and it cashed with ease.  MIA hadn't won a 1st Q after an OT W..what does that spell? Horrible P-R-E-P-A-R-A-T-I-O-N.  Love INDI 1H tomorrow because of this; Vogel literally doesn't have much to change where you saw the panic in SPOELSTRAs face when he tried mixing up the line up putting in JOEL ANTHONY or MILLER who did hit a 3 and then rode the pine..Anyways SPURS have been my cash cow because of their depth and coach POPP, when people finally realize what a difference coaching makes.  That HEAT team is still WADEs team IMO and they go as he goes.

Exactly bro, the Heat are winning nothing if Dwade doesn't pick it up. LBJ cannot do any more. He is just one guy. No knock on him, but the Pacers have a better defense and two go-to guys.

I tried to read your utter crap until I got to this line. Lebron is playing at a level rarely seen before in the nba playoffs. You're just another hater who spews more BS. 

gatorsneil75 I'll take the easy deuces over the hit n miss 3 ball any day.  ROY WILLIAMS style, play percentages, give them the 3 line. INDI saw it against NY.  Simple, defend 2 plays; ISO for MELO/LBJ where they hold the ball for 20 secs on the 24, shot or drive..or kick out for 3 and BRICK CITY.  Witnessed the same with MEM/OKC, not hard to defend one player.  Those series didn't last long and INDI knows it.

DickyR Have we been watching the same games?  Paul GEORGE is chasing him all around the court on the defensive end and still is getting by LBJ or pulling up over him on the offensive end.  I didn'ttake anything away from what he's done.  He's been an animal, the only reason why INDI ain't going home up 2-0 BUT GEORGE is holding his own offensively vs LBJ...

Hey Dickey, I agree with you that LBJ is playing at a level we hardly ever see. The problem is that you cannot figure out basketball is 5 on 5, and the other 4 are crushing the Heat.If it was a one on one tourney, I would take Lebron, but it's not. All you do  to stop the Heat is give Bron his and stop Wade and the roll players from getting off. Vogel has it down to a science. And so will Pop if Heat make it that far.

And if they win the series, more power to them. But gambling is about making educated guesses with the knowledge you have to make good bets. Right now from what I have seen Indiana is the better overall team, so I'm taking them. If anything changes in game 3 then I'll adjust accordingly. The problem for you is that you are a Heat fan, and cannot separate yourself from that. If you can really sit there and say that Indiana has not been the best team to this point, then I got some sound advice for you...stop gambling. I'm not saying that it's not going to change and Miami will come back and be the better team, but until that happens you have to be smart with what you've seen. And to use that argument about this series played out the same way last year, that's just stupid. That series has nothing AT ALL to do with this one. If so are you saying that the Mavs would still kick Miami's behind if they played this year? I mean they did beat them 4-2 just 2 years ago, so with your theory, the Mavs would win.

Miami20062012 MIA's D is nowhere near where it was last season.  Last year INDI shot 37.8% in Gm 1 20% from 3 and loss. Game 2 they bumped it up to 40% from the floor and 23.5% from 3 and won.  This year INDI 44%, 28.6% from 3 in Gm1 and 53% and 42% from 3 in G2..Heck the BULLS B team hung 90+ in 3 out of the 5 games..This team does go as D WADE goes.  Last year MIA was 4-0 SU and ATS when DWADE had 28+.  First game he had 19, add 9-10 points that he's dropped off and you have a MIA cover.  He hasn't gotten near that these playoffs!!!! INDI played better ball minus GRANGER this year and PAUL GEORGE is taking the team by the horns.  Last year he was a consistent 6-12 points bumped up to 17-23 this year...VERY different my friend which is why I think we will see the upset unless D WADE somehow picks it up and MIA find a better way of defending because INDI isn't scared to run with them this time around and their style of play has shown it.

Its more cautious to bet the heat next 2 game and double (or triple up) on game 4 in case they lose game 3
