nope...i bet openers if i don't think the line will get better. for example...last night i had phi -1.5...but waited on rap +6.5....these guys in here crying about knicks is prob cause they layed 7.5, well they prob don't understand what a -EV wager is.

I agree. In order for the model/picks to be useful to others it would be helpful for you to say, for example, that the model likes the Celtics up to -10. This is how successful models work. 

Although I agree that getting the best number is critical in sports betting, successful models will give you an idea of what a “bad number” or “good” number is. peace_5
