Very dissappointing loss last night in the bucks game but did get kinda "lucky" with the hawks. anyways my crappy week continues, trying to turn things around and get back on the winning road. here we go...
Houston -3
A lot of people think this is too good to be true if your betting the suns. I dont know how that is so. Houston has lost one game at home this year against the defending champion Lakers. Their 3 other losses were on the road against pretty good teams and good home teams. Houston can slow the pace down which will slow down the Suns offense. Suns defense is down right herndous and I think Houston takes advantage.
Denver -9
Denver is coming off an impressive win against the Lakers. They have won all three of their home games by an average of 15 points. Torontos last four losses on the road they have given up an average of about 120 ppg and some against poor offensive teams so just think what a good offensive denver nuggets team could do. Toronto has lost 9 of the last 10 games versus the Nugs and I dont see that improving tonight even with a 9 point spread. Their defense worries me a little bit but with Turk banged up i feel pretty confident in this bet.
Cleveland -14.5
Golden State scores a lot of points and Cleveland doesnt yet their defense is about as good as my old High School teams defense( Which Lebron played against
and he schooled them) with that said Lebron schools the depleted Warriors team. with the new trade the Warriors are looking forward and going to try some new things tonight which translates into a big Cavs win.
LA Clippers -2
with Paul out this line has moved five points to favor the Clippers. Both teams are terrible yet I believe the Clippers are on the right track and clearly have more talent then the Hornets. Hornets are in shambles and even though they have been good in the past at home, its a new year and a new team.( and thats not a good thing). Clippers are healthy and learning how to play together and looking for revenge from a tough loss earlier in the year against the Hornets at their house. Clips take this one.
Sacramento +3
I usually dont bet against the line movements but im going to in this case. Even with an impressive win at Cleveland this year I still dont think the Bulls are worthy of giving points on the road to a hot sacramento team. A little worried about this line because the Bulls have had competition this year while the Kings have not really beat anybody worth mentioning other than Houston. Yet i still like them at home tonight.
