I've been a long-time lurker, just now making my first post. There are 4 games today and I am really only liking 2.
1.)Detroit Pistons -1.5 @ Charlotte Hornets
- Charlotte won by a put back buzzer beater at home last time
- Jalen Duren got injured early, giving away Detroit's size advantaged against an injured Hornets (He is back for this game and the Hornets remain injured)
- Miles Bridges is questionable (If he doesn't play this is even more of a lock)
- Cade is on a 4 Game Double-Double (Even has a Triple-Double) and had a Triple-Double last time these teams played. I see him continuing this after an unfortunate loss to the Bulls
2.)Los Angeles Lakers -4.5 vs. Orlando Magic
- The Magic are on a back-to-back after a disappointing loss to the Clippers without Norman Powell...
- The Lakers are a different beast at home, especially AT home WITH AD
- Dalton Knecht has been given more minutes, and he has not wasted them. Truly a scoring threat that the Lakers have been needing, and I see him shining against the Magic tonight.
-AD's presence alone and the Magic's lack of their star bigs will open up more perimeter shots, or allow AD to control the paint completely, both win-win.
