NBA Contest 1/22

2016-2017 NBA Contest

Rules: Max of 1 play per day, no minimum plays per week   No live betting, no ML higher than -110, no buying points, use available lines and totals at exact time of post (no “I got this line last night”). So basically ATS and totals, team totals 1^st qtr, 1^st half, full game and 2^nd half, player props all good to go.  . Please provide a brief write-up if you can to further explain your reason for the play. May the best Capper win!

Since Wk 9, when Lakers covered +9.5 losing by 4, they've not covered as road dogs for 5 str8... Mavs at home off a tough OT loss will be fired up to execute well and win by DDs.

Thanks everyone (Erich, Face and the lot) glad it's helping out, especially gamblers like Tecnara and Joe who are learning and trying to get better. If used properly this is just another tool in your arsenal to make a winning decision. I'd prefer it be more in depth analysis, write-ups and discussion and less of a 'picks" contest but so be it I understand. I do believe even a write-up that loses is valuable info. The real win is when we struggle, like I am now, and can identify the players to pick us up by our boot straps. It's still a work in progress and I wish there was a way to update plays instantly on the leader board, maybe Covers will give moderators edit privileges soon. Good luck today.
