Pistons +3.5 I love this spot for Detroit seeking revenge for 2 home losses to Central rival pacers, payback. Pistons are getting contributions from entire starting line-up and bench. They come in to this game feeling pretty good I'd imagine and looking to beat in Conference foe. With Thaddeus Young most likely out that will move Paul George to PF not his normal position. He will be forced to deal with Leuer, Harris and Morris who all have been playing really well and should be just enough to keep George from being the Piston killer he's been in last 2 meetings at The Palace. The line says it all to me as Pistons have lost twice to Pacers and open as small dog on the road. I bet them to win ML +145 too and will take alternate line -3 +190 when it's offered. Wire to wire Pistons win. 108-99 Pistons

Great writeup SW! Always appreciate seeing a play from a different perspective.
I find myself on the other side of this game. This is NOT a Contest play, but I believe -3.5 is a good number for this situation. Basically, I am counting on Myles Turner to be effective, which he is fully capable of. I am not asking for 20 and 20, but he can assert himself defensively. He can set good screens, force Detroit's bigs to run a little more often than they would like.
Thaddeus probably won't play, which of course is significant.
Indiana is a dreadful 2-7 in 2nd of back to backs, though I feel that is outlying more than it should be, and will correct itself.
I think it will be a relatively high pace, and a high scoring affair should favor the Pacers at home, with Monta Ellis getting plenty of minutes.
With all of that said, I completely understand your rationale and I wish you luck tonight, sir.

Don't like much in today's card... ooh, Kyrie just announced out, Knicks line could be good.
Looking at Bucks and Suns, both off b2b. Since Wk 11 on the road Bucks have won 2 of 9 1Q and 1 of 9 2Q. Suns home record over same mixed but better. But with Bucks integrating Hibbert and Hawes (if they are cleared), I'm hoping they get off to a slower than usual start.
