3-2 NBA Reg Season 2-0 last 2 days 1-0 Big Plays 1-0 Heat Games
Leaning:
MIA +6.5
Love this spot for the new look Heat. W/ a Healthy Wade Miami always seem to play Lebron & The Cavs tough. But not only is Wade healthy, he has a healthy crew behind him also (minus Amare?), wich is a far cry from what we saw last season.
Bosh missed 3 of the 4 meetings last season due to injuries, the final meeting due to blood clots. He is back in effect this season & looking sharp & wanting to make up for lost time.
Love missed the last 2 games - he will play here but Cavs will be missing both Irving & Shumpert.
The 1st two meetings was when Miami still had Cole, Granger, Hamilton, Williams etc. The Last 2 was w/ Dragic (Walker & Beasley).
These teams split last seasons games.....The big difference here is the Miami Heat - Wade's squad is far deeper & talented than last season.....most importantly Healthier!! Many of the weaker links have gone, including Shabazz Napier and replaced w/ Green, Amare & Winslow. W/ that into consideration Miami won 2 of the 4 meetings last season w/ a lesser team. Though chemistry is still a work in progress they have a better chance to cover the spread w/ this team compared to last season.
Miami has a hell of a starting line up. while the Cavs is missing a key component in Irving. W/ that said they still have a very solid unit, Mo Williams is a capable PG & decent replacement for Irving.
This is the Cavs 3rd game in 4 nights, including a back-to-back. Too early into the season to see any fatigue regardless so i won't put much stock into that.
Well, as i stated, i love this spot for Miami. This could be one of those Lebron vs Wade face offs, where the two go nuts. wouldn't be surprised they both put up 30+ games. They seem to always have great games vs each other.
