What is this guy talking about? very strange comments by the Hawks coach!!
This is my heaviest bet yet. I really hope Miami continues to execute well and set the tone in this game because i'm sure the Hawks will be bringing it.

Wade scored 22 points, shooting 9-for-26 and wincing from back spasms
that started at the morning shootaround, flared in the first quarter
and continued from there. Jermaine O'Neal scored 20 points and James Jones added 19 -- 10 of them coming in a spectacular first-half spurt -- for the Heat, who shot 38 percent and never led."I
hope that everyone understands that this is the playoffs," Wade said.
"This is how it's going to be. We've got to go up to Atlanta, in a
hostile environment, and play the same way we've been playing."
ESPN has been the only website with this info. I couldnt watch this game and didnt know anything about any injuries from Wade.

Yes, it was that embarrassing. And that uncomfortable to watch. And
that was just Wade getting off the bench to start the fourth quarter,
when Jamaal Magloire and Yakhouba Diawara each took an arm and pulled him off the bench, gently, like a cast member of Golden Girls.
"It happened, I tried to fight through,'' Wade said. "Nothing I could do at that point but just play."
Superman
tried. But he couldn't jump very well, much less leap tall buildings.
And his shooting? Didn't everyone suffer enough watching this game
without revisiting his shooting?
Answer this: Had Wade ever hoisted three air balls in a game?
He did that in Monday's first quarter.
He then added a fourth air ball in the second quarter.
So while Wade might have had his share of over-acting in the night,
when he throws up four air balls in about 20 minutes of basketball,
something's amiss. Besides his shot, that is.
"He had back spasms, so he didn't have the normal explosiveness,''
Spoelstra said. "His back tightened up in the first quarter, and
(trainer Jay Sabol) said his back was in spasms all night."

"You could tell he wasn't himself tonight,'' Jones said. "Any other player would've sat out."
hhhhmm very concerned with Wade's injury. He was still the leading scorer but only 6 heat players scored and 2 of those only scored 4 and the other 2 pts. It seems it was Miami's turn to miss their shots only scoring 37.7%. I wish i had seen this game.

Now that Atlanta has re-gained home court advantage finally winning on the rd with a 10 pt victory against the Heat in Miami the Hawks are now again favorites in this series heading back to Atlanta for game 5. Miami & Wade are back to being the underdogs...........Just the way Wade likes it & Miami tends to strive in these situations!!
After another bad loss with Wade something like 9 for 26 shooting 35% from the field we all know how Miami & Wade bounce back after a bad loss. Everybody is on Atlanta right now & with Wade injured everybody is counting out Miami.
J.O. wasn't as dominant in game 4 but he still managed to score 20 pts which is a good sign. Everybody else apart from Jones was a non factor and Hawks still only won by 10 pts compared to the deficit Miami won by in game 2 at their house. The 19-2 Miami run in the 2nd Qrt was also a good sign for Miami. Even though their leader was hurt and only 3 players stepped up out of the whole team they could still keep the scores reasonably close as Miami hung around. Miami were only about 2 baskets behind in each qrt, not knowing what could had been if Wade was 100% and sank the 4 airballs.
I've been a fan of Wade for a good minute and have never seen him airball twice in one game let alone 4. This is the leagues scoring champ and the man to carry the heat on his back all season. I doubt he'll lay down in a crucial game. Hawks will bring the pain no doubt about it but i will back the team who is one of the top teams in the NBA at responding to bad losses.

I don't quite know what to think of Wade's back. I love this guy but he does tend to over-act and perhaps Hawks good D has made him over react for effect. Granted I could be totally wrong & his back is really bothering him that badly. But as i stated i have never seen him launch 2 airball let alone 4 airballs in one game throughout his whole career. Good news is he exploded in the 2nd Half with 17 in the 3rd Q alone but too little too late.
I must give credit either way to the way the Hawks have defended Wade in crucial situations. Hawks have been showing good Defense and applaud the way they have played in the last 2 games. This is a team with guts.
My initial thoughts was that the Hawks would win this series but Wade was the factor that you can't cap. So i also applaud my Miami - remember they are still filled with rookies and a new coach and for making this closer than what I, or many others were expecting it to be is a gutsy effort. Nobody expected them to blow out Atlanta on their own court when their Rd record is very average and then to come back home in game 3 and blow them away consecutively was great! BUT............
I think we all know by now that Wade is my Miami, when he is not 100% neither is Miami. Spite of me stating J.O. is key to this series others also must step up - Wade & J.O. cannot do it alone!! And the rookies are showing their true nature. Once Wade has better scorers around him Miami will become a very potent team. Mo-will was the big difference this season for Cavs and all we need is another reliable scorer or scorers to surround Wade. Hopefully Riley has some plans p his sleeve for next season.
Game 6 is now do or die for Miami. Wether Wade is 100% or not they must throw the kitchen sink, pipes attached and the plumber to boot. No more excuses for Wade, no more excuses for Chalmers & cook not being more of a factor, Beasley has to man up and stop being a clown. Miami must play their game in roder to stay in this series and push for a game 7 in Atlanta or it's lights out to what has been a good season for this young Squad. Wade has only just begun in this first healthy season and his done a great job leading this team.
They must ball or it'll be over!!
