Dag.....

All due respect.... he shares his picks for free and it's been his VERY winning method to wait to see lineups, injuries, etc.  You WANT him to do this - and accordingly, it comes right before the game, not much beforehand.  It's how he makes his picks.

I set a schedule before every set of NBA games (I do the same for NCAA too).  I reserve that 15 minute window for updates from cappers I use to make my final wager decisions.

Like everyone, I have a life....and cannot do this every night.  But that is my responsiblility to arrange my time to match the cappers - not the other way around.
