What's good guys? Last night was a profitable night. Won on Dallas and the under on NO/SA. Pushed on the Indiana game.
Tonight, I only like one play.
SA @ ORL
The Spurs (15-9) are coming into this game after a disappointing loss to the NO Hornets. The Spurs had a 6 point lead coming into the 4th quarter and then all of sudden forgot how to play basketball. Matt Bonner of all players shot the ball 15 times in the game? How is he getting so much burn for the Spurs? He played 33 freaking mins in that game. And why was he shooting like he was Dirk Nowitzki in the 4th quarter lol.
If there was anyone to blame for that 4th quarter meltdown, it has to be coach Pop. As one of the best coaches in the NBA, he shouldn't put his in-experienced players during crunch time (Boner/Mason). But, then again not all of this meltdown is on the coach. The Spurs perimeter defense was horrible in the 4th. David West made 2 key 3's late in the 4th and Posey added the dagger. Tough to win, when you give your opponents good looks from the perimeter.
The Orlando Magic (19-6) come into this game with a successful road trip winning 4 of 5 games. They will open a 4-game homestand starting tonight against the Spurs. These 4 games at home should question about whether the Orlando Magic is a legitimate contender this season. They will playing SA/LAL/My GS Warriors/and NO.
Dwight Howard in the meantime, injured his knee against the Suns last week and missed two games, but he should be ready to play tonight. He says the knee is not bothering him so we will have to see.
PICK: ORL -3.5 risking 220 to win 200
Tough to bet against the Spurs after a tough loss. I like the home team tonight. Spurs are something like 1-4 ATS off B2B's and they are facing a hungry young Orlando Magic team that is well rested.
BOL fellas. Comments are always welcome.
