I'll enlighten you. It's because the books try to even out the money on both sides of the game and profit off the juice. And when a landfall of money suddenly jumps on one side, they compensate by moving the line so that the other side looks attractive and money flows to the other side.

There was plenty of other games which started at the exact same time the Illinois game started. None of them moved. Illinois jumped 2 points.

Even he picked oregon it doesnt mean the line will follow his pick...there is still alot of gamblers out there..line moved by so many reasons..more people bet on oneside..injuries...etc.. i like oregon because they are absolutely better...alot of people think ohio state can keep it closed or upset oregon because they defeated number 1 alabama...if line from 7 dropped u 6..i think u should take it before it move backup again
