watching this forum a lot of years, gl to your plan i will watch that post for sure keep it going
Thx, a few have commented that my 10% starting bet is way too high and I completely agree. If I had a 25K or more bankroll Id start at 4% or lower (the lower the higher bankroll) but Ive ran literally hundreds of bankroll simulations and for this experiment 10% works nicely. Remember, this is not the only bankroll I have so to speak. If I lose this I will take a few months to regroup and try it again. I guess my thought process is this. I feel I will double this bankroll more often then I lose it so my long term vision is something like having like a 25k or 50k bankroll and doing it in 5k segments like this. Lets say I do it 8 times in a year and double 5 times and go bust the other 3 times, thats a $10,000 profit. Id also like to (once I double) at times even going for a second double, like 10k to 20K, eventually maybe even hitting a nice run and going 5K-10K-20K-40K who knows
All that last bit was a bit of rambling and looking WAY ahead but this is just phase 1 of what hopefully turns out to be many different phases and experiments. The system plays I have are ROCK FUCKING SOLID I just need to have a good enough plan to maximize it and thats what Im trying to do,
There are really so many ideas and things I want to try out but they all take money, thats why Im starting out with one plan (this plan) and if I double this bankroll then I have some flexibility for the future. I have a 2-3 year plan to get to where Im making 50k/year doing this. Is it possible? Will I achieve it? I hope so but I dont know for sure. The one thing I do know is that if I dont have a plan, then theres 0% chance I'll make it. This is the first early stages of my master plan.
Feel free to ask any other questions

You made 1495 in about 4 days. Take a minute to think about that. I dont know your income or financial status, however, take a grand and pay off a bill. That may sound stupid, but then your 5K bankroll will be just that. A bankroll that is not conected to supporting your family. Use your winnings for something concrete. Less debt equals more fun/less stressful gambling. Just a thought.

This 5K is money that I can afford to lose. I dont want to lose it, I'll be very demoralized if I do lose it + it'll take me a few months before "Phase 2" could happen. Yes, Im stoked to be up almost $1500 but Im looking to lay a foundation for a successful way of betting, not make a quick 1K to get my utilities paid this month

Hey boss, glad to see you've gotten off to a good start. You mentioned, that in the scenario this fails, you will "regroup". Does that mean save another $5k that you can afford to lose? If so, (and actually maybe even if not)...have you thought about adding some dough to your roll as you go along? Say $100/month, maybe $100/.week or whatever, to "pad" your roll as you get up to your desired amount to be making what is conventionally seen as "reasonable betting amounts relative to your bankroll"? Just a thought...let me know your thoughts. And again, all the best ;)

I think you know what i mean by paying off debt. The fact is that u will lose your entire bankroll betting the way u are betting. It makes no sense to bet the way u r betting. Also, why just over/under on B-Ball. Why not ML or pick low spread games (-1 for example).

Hi sir. Goodluck with your endeavor. I can provide some information with the totals for the totals play is the only play I bet on. Hoping you have a good year ahead. :)

Good luck, i appreciate your moxie! You obviously have a system that works for you, stick with it. The only thing I would say is starting out with a $5000 bankroll, $500 for single unit bets is way too high. I would pair that down to $100, or $200 bets the most...just my opinion...good luck again!

IMO, betting on team totals everynight won't get you anywhere. So many unforseen factors can ruin your projections i.e bad bounces, fouls, overtime, etc. If you are so set on doing over/unders, you ever thought about doing teasers? Also agree on how your betting units are way too high for your bank. I would increase my bets as my bank increases because it's all House money.
Good analogy for you: you wouldn't give someone half your sandwich if you haven't had anything to eat all day. But, if you just ate ten minutes ago you can certainly afford to share.
BOL and I will be tuning in.

Guys, i know and stated in my opening post that my bet percentages are very high. Im going aggressive looking for a somewhat quick double-up or bust out. I believe this exact model will double about 60-75% of the time , which obv leaves me bust the other 25-40% of the time.
This (Phase 1 as I call it) is NOT the perfect model for sustained winning by any stretch. If I was going "longterm" Id be betting about 1-2.5%/bet but on a 5K roll its gonna take me years to double and make 5K. This is by far the "riskier" route to take but I just dont see myself getting 10 games below .500 before getting 10 games up (famous last words I know lol). Plus , the word "bankroll" might be being used too loosely, as if I do lose this 5K Im not out on the street or unable to pay my power bill or anything like that. I will have to take a while off and save back up for Phase 2 but its not gonna affect my daily life so to speak (job, bills, etc) other than the brutality of losing.
Its kind of hard to truly explain all my thoughts but my long term vision is something along the lines of identifying how often different bankroll aggressions work and eventually having like a 25 or 50K bankroll with 5 or 10 different 5k bankrolls all working different angles, systems, sports, etc. Also, Id like to, and Im talking wayy down the line and hopefully, go for a 2nd double, from 10k to 20K, on some of the occasions I do double. Who knows , maybe one time i get really hot and aggressive and double it 4 times (5k-10k-20k-40k). This is all just thinking out loud but just wanted to give you all an idea of my long term thought process
