Yo Pigskin..been following and tailing and making some money back after a crappy week last week, compounded by a losing trip to Nevada.

But something came up tonight that I had to ask about. Sorry for the baseball post but I'm confused.

I played a few dogs to day, one being Oakland at +140. So I'm watching the live play and I notice LAA at +155.

I had $100 on Oakland and decided to put $100 on LAA so will win either $40 or $55.

In this case I was thinking more of a hedge as I thought LAA looked pretty strong but was thinking, is this more profitable in the long run or is it better to just ride out the one bet?

 well ron., i am glad to hear you makin some money...catchin back up off a crummy week....about the hedge question... if i could give a 100% correct all the time answer, i would be a multi millionaire... BUT generally, if i am following a wager, and my thoughts are, man this doesnt look like a winner...then a chance to hedge happens,. i usually hedge..but i dont do it all the time...hope that helps buddy....been wonderin where you were...

Haha I'm just joking.  I mean you can't be results oriented, there were plenty of reasons to not bet on the under, just because it hit doesn't mean it was a good bet.  

I'm running hot this month, I've only had one losing day.  Losing streak is bound to be coming haha

Ok good stuff - will keep my eyes open for the chances.

Had a tough week and decided I was playing too many games so backed off from the forums a bit to slow me down. It seems to have helped but I do miss the fun!

 metta....the hornuts suck.... but look at LA and all the talent...kobe, d12, gasol, nash, meeks is good, blake is good...and they just suck.... our home teams are BAD.

Last two games Blake is a better rebounder than Howard lol.  Howard is probably a better 3 point shooter though.

gang, those on the over 96 or 96 1/2 are looking good. the hornets will play the foul game and this will go over easy.. congrats. wish i woulda been with ya'll. sorry metta...

yeah if ryan anderson missed that 3 we might have had a chance but eh it happens.

profitable night though. let's try to pick and choose the spots and find a couple good plays tomorrow that we can just hit and relax after lol. Good night fellas gonna get some hw done and look at the card for tomorrow.

 yeah, i made too many plays tonight and still made some decent bank. hit a couple of baseball games to help with the bottom line...some good 2nd half plays on the earlier games...im happy with the night. see you guys tomorrow...since i dont have to work or go to school...i will look around for some gems ...

Sorry, guys...that full pt movement up from the opening 95.5 should have been a red flag...I won't make that mistake again.

hah it's not your fault coach! i should have pointed out earlier hornets/suns couple nights ago opened at 95.5 2H and fell 1 pt to 94.5 but it went over. 

also, i'll be locking in the denver -3.5 for now. maybe the spurs sit some players and the vibe we've all been getting is they don't care about the number 1 seed so they may tighten the reigns on the duncan's minutes. maybe we get an injury news tomorrow and we hit a nice middle.

haha pig. as of now tony parker is probable but last game there was a probable report too before he was reported out before the game. plus he'll be under minute restrictions i'm sure. 

hopefully we are all safe and sound tomorrow. night all
