bogaty, you sit here and call people dumb and retarded, yet you continue to bet a league that in your own words has a history of fixing spreads and you still think they cheat!!  the only retards is you if you continue to bet a sport you are soo convinced is fixed!  how ironic

hey as long as there are no professional sports teams in vegas, game fixing cannot exist. God forbid they allow a team in vegas, then all hell will break lose.

if game fixing doesnt exist in a given sport, u know somebody is tryin or tried. Just watched a doc on how europeans were fixing canadian soccer league games a few years ago. They said soccer teams from 3rd world countries were very vulnerable

I didn't watch the game you are referencing, but I couldn't agree with you more about a handful of the refs.  Why doesn't anyone address the question of why a few of these behind-clown officials still referee games, and often important playoff games.  Is it crooked?  Are the refs just that emotion/bad at certain times?  Do certain refs have tremendous influence amongst other officials, keeping themselves in the league when they are crooked or incompetent? Fouls in the nba are the most suspect thing in sports.  This coming from someone who doesn't watch soccer.

Sounds like you caught the bad end of one the nba 's "best" referees. Don't let it shake your confidence and maybe next time you catch the right side of one of the nba's tilts.

It is very naive to think that games where 100s of millions are in play are not influenced in many ways, sometimes the fix succeeds sometimes not. I didnt watch this particular game and didnt bet on it but for me It is easier to skip the most popular plays or bet against the public and be on the bookies side..
I remeber a soccer game in 2010 where over 1.5 billions were wagered worldwide on the favourite. It was the champions league not a mickey mouse competition. Do you think the public won?
The nba is not an exception it is just like any other league in the world. Remember the nfl monday :) seattle- g.bay..

The NFL is just as bad if not worse. 41 point first half and the game still went under with only 1 touchdown in the second half by the NY Giants. Green bay decided to keep running the ball down by 21 during the entire 2nd half more often than passing... Really now?? All pass attempts were under 10 yards.

The Giants were in the red zone with already over 8 minutes killed off the clock on one drive, on the 2 yard line on 4th down, instead of attempting a field goal to make the game 51 points which is over, went for it and turned it over on the 2, and that's all she wrote.

This is funny, but true.  Not all games are fixed by any means. But, the nba is known for fixing... Not players... Refs!!!!!  I watcha ton of nba and have seen crazy garbage over the years.  The 3rd qtr yesterday was bullshit.  It is what it is.  I believe totals are easy to fix in any sport.  Especially the late touch  foul with one second left in a 9 point game to cover or go over.
