Got my third straight win last night and sitting pretty at 25-6 record...
Today's pick:
MEMPHIS-NAWLINS UNDER 190.5
Loved this pick last night at 188, going to marry her at 190.5. Hornets offense has been anemic recently and they are taking on arguably the worst offensive team in the league, Grizzlies. While Hornets play stellar defense especially at home, Memphis isn't a bad defensive team especially considering their record. Also, both teams like half court tempo, so if even shots are falling, there is a good chance this will go under.
Previous three matchups ended at 193, 175 and 165 points respectively. Thing to remember about 193 game is that, at the time Memphis was coached by Mike D'Antoni's pupil Marc Iavaroni and they ve been playing at slower tempo ever since the coaching change. Also, Peja had a great shooting night in that game and he is likely not playing today. Also missing from Nawlins is Tyson Chandler while he is not a huge offensive presence, his injury adds to Nawlins' depth problems and his replacement isn't as effective at pick and rolls with Chris Paul.
