Well the biggest upset series wise imo was GS losing the title to the Cavs in 2016 but in terms of seeding I have never seen a #1 seed do what the Bucks just did. I know Miami had some sneaky good talent they were the #1 seed last year but rightfully deserved the 8th seed. After the play-in loss to ATL people were talking about blowing up the team and Spols being gone. Then here we have the Bucks. They were not only the #1 seed, but they were the #1 overall seed in the NBA who were favored to win it all and were almost swept. In the 1st freaking round. Has there been another team with all those expectations and go down like they did?

That's a tough one only because that was a best of 5 series and Seattle at least won 2 games and eventually lost 3-2. Who knows what would have transpired if that went 7 games. We know what happened with the Bucks in a best of 7 and they couldn't even win at least 2 games. That is just brutal

If you want to add in a veteran team with a recent championship pedigree playing poorly late in games in a first round series, then yes. The Bulls were injured with DRose and the Mavericks were bullied by a bad matchup. Nothing can explain Miami dictating matchups and pace while Milwaukee couldn’t walk straight in nut busting time at the end of games. Milwaukee looked bad late in games. No excuses other than loss of poise.

In terms of 1st round upsets vs #1 this has got to be up there with one of the most shocking. This kind of remind me of the Sixers upsetting the Bulls when DRose got hurt but he was gone for good.. Giannis wasnt and gave the Bucks a chance. Can't believe the Bucks squandered both games and blew double digit lead in the 4th. Bucks would be leading the series 3-2 right now
Jimmy Buckets had a series for the ages. Props to Miami
Sip on that plus money honey!

I had the same thought when this series had went to 1-1. I thought this is a real good spot for Bucks to get another ATS covered and I got burned in game 3 & 4. In game 5, I bet Jimmy Bucket under 29.5 point and it got burned too. All these bets barbecued hard by Jimmy Bucket single-handed. Also not mention that the Miami Heats is 1 of the bottom 3 worst NBA Team ATS in regular season.........

Idk how anyone that has been watching the NBA for atleast 15 years (35 in my case) could say that the Bucks did not straight up throw the series on purpose. Watching them in the 4thQ last night, it was crystal clear to me that they had zero desire to win the game - Ive watched the Bucks plenty this year and they looked absolutely nothing like the title contender they had been all year. I suppose to a casual observer, it may have appeared as though they were trying? I mean GRAYSON FUCKING ALLEN was the guy with the ball on Milwaukees last possession, and he DIDNT EVEN GET A SHOT UP before time expired. At that point in the game, Adebayo had fouled out, Kevin Love too - Miami had ZERO paint presence and NOT a soul that SHOULD have been able to stop Giannis. The NBA at this point is a grotesque abomination that can barely be considered a "sport". It's a "reality" - fantasy drama. This is what you get when you throw the NBA from 20 years ago into a blender with fantasy sports, degenerate gamblers, hundreds of millions/billions of dollars, reality TV, Vegas, and Wall Street.
