Nuggets are favored -1.....Line moved 2.5 points....Nuggets for me...

Means nothing...I like the fact that Nuggets got destroyed by the Rockets and Pacers destroyed 76ers last game...

Line only swinged because people bet nuggets once they found out Gary Harris is playing. This game is like the Mavericks game against OKC but in reverse. People found out luka was playing and line got bet up .. disaster happened. 

Agreed. Denver is a bad road team. Whatever happens happens but I'm on pacers too.

Plenty of people betting on pacers today, I am holding off this game but it feels like pacers are getting a bit too good odds with so much public money on it, wont be surprised if Denver take this one 

Denver could have too much fire power for a banged up pacer team coming off a huge win... Murray and Harris should handle Holiday and Lamb well...I personally stayed off the game but Denver could manhandle them...

I don't believe for one second pacers are a "public" play lol. Hell no. Best believe that Denver is the sexy pick here. A "sharp" bettor would not get Denver in this game. All stats point to them being a bad bet. This is similar to the Iowa usc game the other day college football. Bookies had no choice but to swing line due to the usc love. Once Gary Harris was announced as playing then money poured on Denver.  Most games today are damn near dead even money wise 

Denver never mandhandles anyone lol pacers aren't getting manhandled at home by Denver. Not happening .

In terms of getting maximum value,  i.e. buying low/selling high philosophy, Dave is exactly right here...

Nuggets just got blown out and Pacers just blew out 76ers.....this doesn't guarantee anything, but if you look at teams in terms of investments, then you are getting excellent value with the Nuggets tonight. 

I also love these threads where OP essentially calls anyone who disagrees with him an idiot, then with the benefit of hindsight,  can either gloat or disappear for a few days, depending on the end result....

Not true whatsoever. If they were home then sure. They are on the ROAD against a team which matches up well with them in every facet of the game lol. Denver is a bad road team. You're not getting good value betting Denver in this game simply because they got blown out. That's a bad way to handicap games. Shit happens, it's sports, but literally people that bet Denver were betting them because of their "status" in the league. Value would be .. oh.. "pacers got -5 1/2, imma bet Denver against the spread because it should be a tight game."
