I'm afraid I'm way out of the bonus stage with 5Dimes.  I send them enough traffic I get other perks.

But when you joinn tell them you want a reduced juice option instead of any bonus for joing.  But play up the bonus stuff when you get in touch with them. Then ask about the reduced juice stuff.

You can also sign up online.  Today might be a bit longer to join up where the NFL is going on.  But give it a shot if you can.  You won't regret it !!!
