About the Washington +6 pick... Let me also add that I expect Washingtons Running Game to look much better against Philly, I also expect Ryan Torain to have a potential breakout game! hes the 1-cut runner that Shanahan likes to use and he was VERY high on him in Denver, but an injury derailed that relationship. I think Torain cracks the gameplan often this week with a good amount of success... Allowing McNabb to also find Santana Moss often, as well as utilizing the dual TE attack that he has in Davis and Cooley... I think Washington has a well-rounded offensive attack and keeps this close, if not Wins outright
Can you then tell me how Washington absolutely looked horrible vs the Rams????/ The rams were out Jackson mostly all of the 2nd half.... and they do not look like they will be a good road team
Also, the redskins give up way too many passing yards.... i find see Vick just destroying their secondary with around 50 yards of rushing..... the problem with this pick is people want to talk about Chicago having wins given to them.... they should have lost vs Dallas and then just gave a win to Houston..... so in actuality... this team should be 0-3.... oh but then they would be desperate so just make them the winner lol jp

Well Wk3 was a complete BLESSING!
Let me start by saying this, Week 4 looks MUCH MUCH tougher! Let me also say this, I said in my Wk3 post that I wasnt "thrilled" with the card but that seemed to workout alright, I guess I'm just a worrier
This season, so far has been GREAT, as im currently hitting slightly over 80% of my Picks with a 21-5 Record...
Coming off of a Perfect 7-0 Week, I guess we can only hope for one thing... Lets hope the Good Times Roll....
Week 4 Winners:
Washington +6 @ Philly: Washington is coming off a Loss and now goes into a hostile environment at Philly. Vicks playing great and the Eagles rolled last week. McNabb is a Big Game QB and will be able to exploit the Eagles Defense. Vick, on the otherhand will look "human" against the Redskins Defense. This is one of the most, if not the most, competetive divisions in football where every team is familiar with their foes, McNabb just so happens to be VERY familiar with this particular foe... Id consider the Skins ML but could see them letting this one slip late... I expect Vick to regress and McNabb to look great... Definitely Skins with the points!!
Jacksonville +7.5 vs Indianapolis: I really like this Jacksonville pick. They ussually play Indy VERY well and are at home, getting slightly more than a TD!! Jacksonville can Run the ball well, and I expect them to have a HUGE day running the ball against the Colts poor Run Defense. The Colts are definitely the "better" team but have already proven that they struggle on the road, against teams inside their Division. This could be a back-door cover, i might even suggest NOT watching this one and just checking the scores at the end bc it might seem painful to watch... or Jax could come out and score early and keep it close throughout... either way, its too much to give a division opponent in their home.
St Louis +1.5 vs Seattle: Seattle at home is a completely different team than they are on the road... With that said, this is a matchup between 2 NFC West opponents, thatre both in rebuilding mode... I do like having the veteran QB in Hass, but I'll take a Far Superior Running Game AND Home-Field advantage any day! Its not like Hasselbeck is "great" rather hes just "good"... "Good" wont be enough to Win on the Road... For those that Bet Totals... Loving the OV 40 Here! Id be shocked if this stayed below that...
Houston -2.5 @ Oakland: this game troubles me A LOT... I like Oakland to be MUCH improved but I also expected Houston to be a playoff contender. Andre Johnson being a "game-time decision" REALLY troubles me, but luckily, Schaub has 2 other Weapons in Jacoby Jones and Kevin Walter, as well as Owen Daniels at TE to use IF Andre is out... The Texans just have WAAAAY too many weapons for Oakland to keep pace... Oakland should be able to establish their Running Game and they could keep pace for the 1st half but the QB play is VASTLY better for the Texans! I expect the Texans to roll here... If Oakland runs the ball VERY well and if Andre DOESNT play and if Oakland puts A LOT of pressure on Schaub, i could see this being close... but thats WAAAY too many "ifs"
NYG -3.5 vs Chicago: I know, I know, the Giants have looked awful and the Bears are 3-0... The Bears are a good team, but they arent going to leave NY 4-0, no way!!! The Giants will force 3+ turnovers out of Cutler and possibly end up +4 in the Turnover battle... Theyre a VERY disciplined team (despite lastwks mess) and the Bears will bury themselves with turnovers and penalties... The Giants pass-rush will look great and the Bears O-Line will be exploited... Manningham being out isnt as big a deal as people are making it, as Eli spreads the ball around. Boss being back is HUGE for Eli, he has enough weapons to get it done here... the Bears special teams does scare me but I think the Giants win by 10+ here, GREAT Spot for the G-men, Primetime at Home, coming off a loss, against an over-rated team with a very mediocre O-line... pound the Giants!!
Thats it for now but I have a couple games that im working on and I will probably add them before Sunday... (for those that must know, Im thinking about playing Cle+3, Buff+5, Mia+1, SF+7... I highly doubt id play all of them, but Im doing my HW before adding any of them)
All plays are 1 Unit...

I dont have time right now to respond to everyone, but I will address the St Louis Pick... I just dont see Seattle being that much better than the Rams, the Seahawks are a MUCH Better Home team, than they are a Road team... I would love to have the Rams +3 but I think they can Win this one outright. I hate the idea of SJax being out and I MIGHT pull the plug on this pick IF SJax is out... Nothings Locked In until Sat but I really HATE pulling picks, its bad luck, bad karma... its just bad! Out of all of my plays thus far, I like the Rams pick the least, FWIW...
I too, HATE picking against Peyton Manning but hes not at home and laying over a TD, against a Division opponent. Dont sleep on Jax, theyve played pretty bad but can/will hang with Indy. Im picking Jax with confidence!
Those of you who are bad mouthing the Skins pick are highly overrating Vick and grossly underrating McNabbs ability to get it done in a big spot... This game is HUGE on McNabbs schedule, hes gonna play his heart out and I, personally think hes gonna Win it, this is a HUGE spot for the Skins as a team, they need this Win against Philly before they lose all hope in that division. Shannys already said that Torain is gonna get worked in more this week and the infusion of fresh legs could really boost this teams running game and allow McNabb to have some throwing space. Theres no way Vick keeps up this pace, hes due for a let-down and I think this is it, I like the Skins to force some turnovers and like Ive said, possibly Win this one outright... but ill take the 6 pts Gladly!!

is this a teaser or parlay? either way, id throw in a few O/Us to this... its VERY hard to hit 8 ATS picks, so mixing in some O/Us will make it "slightly" easier... but hitting 8-teams is ALWAYS a tall order!! I dont wanna make ur picks for you but.... take these picks here... throw in the Seattle/St Louis OVER and the Cinci/Cleveland OVER... and maybe... i dunno for the 8th leg, surprise me! lol... 8 teams is tough man! BOL to ya!!! (PS. I HATE betting Unders, so tread lightly on those OVER picks, but those teams matched up, I ussually like to take the Overs in them, just a personal thing!)
