OK, Im gonna Add 1 More Play for Now:
Houston -2.5 (hook) vs. NYG: The G-men looked awesome on Primetime this past week! But even after looking "that good" defensively, they still "only" Won 17-3, AFTER Knocking out the Bears starting QB. I DO NOT plan on the Giants knocking Matt Schaub out of Sundays contest so I DO Plan on the Texans Scoring A LOT MORE Points than 3 !!! Andre Johnson playing is a HUGE Deal, as there is NOONE in the Giants Secondary that can even slow him down... Owen Daniels would be a GREAT Weapon for the Texans to have and IF BOTH Play, I expect the Texans to ROLL BIG... Even if just 1 plays, or none at all, Im still confident that the Texans can dominate this game upfront with deception, I'll explain.... Listening to WFAN (Sports Radio 660) Here in NY, Justin Tuck was on their Tuesday, Discussing their game against the Bears and their approach to the Texans Game and the 1st thing he said was that everyone wants to focus on Schaub to beat the Texans, while Arian Foster LEADS The League in Rushing, so a BIG part of their Gameplan will be focused on Stopping the Texans Mammoth Rushing Attack. This should have the Giants NOT being able to just pass-rush all game and the G-men will probably OVER-COMMIT to the Run and become susceptible to the Play-Action Pass... getting Burnt Early and Often by the PA-Pass!!! This should also allow Schaub to stay on his feet, some-what neutralizing the Giants Ferocious Pass-Rush!!! Assuming the Texans can keep the Giants Honest with their Running Game, this will allow Schaub to easily pick apart their mediocre secondary... The Giants Secondary isnt very good but its masked by their amazing pass-rush but i FULLY expect Schaub to have time in the pocket, enough time to find Andre, Kevin Walter, ODaniels, and Jacoby Jones ALL DAY... I expect Schaub to have a HUGE Passing Day (300+ Yds 3+ TDs)... My LOVE AFINITY for the Texans Continues on Sunday!!! ..... Houston BIIIIG !!!!
(Playing 1 UNIT Here)
I may add 1 (or 2) More play(s) before 1pm tomorrow... Stay Tuned....
ANDRE JOHNSON IS GAME TIME DECISION STATUS.....YOU'RE GOING TO CHANGE YOUR MIND IF HE NOT PLAYING

i think indy is over rated and kc has an awesome defence this year 9.5 is allot of points
If you got 9.5 you got a bad line, I got it at -7.

Okay, so out of curiousity, what do you see his posted record as being. The couple of weeks I checked, I have him at 21-2

I do not think that Chris Ivory is even close to the refinement of Pierre Thomas, Ivory lacks A LOT of the skills that Thomas has mastered. Pierre Thomas does EVERYTHING Above Average, whereas Ivory cant Pass-Block, Doesnt have Great Hands, Doesnt Hold Onto the Ball... BUT, he IS a GOOD Runner.... Thats about it!!! PT is just ALL-Around MUCH Better than Ivory!!!
I guess I was a little "harsh" on Ladell Betts, but his stats were hardly anything to brag about... If Betts got a "Game-Ball", then the Saints must give out "Game Balls" quite GENEROUSLY !!! He had 47 Yds on 13 Rushes, thats a 3.6 YPC Avg, and then 4 Catches for 23 Yds to boot... HARDLY "Game-Ball" Material !!! Maybe did everything else well and got more of an "intangibles Game-Ball" but on-paper, Betts didnt really do too much !!!
Reggie Bush really gives this team such a DYNAMIC Weapon, he pretty much creates mismatches wherever he lines up!! Hes similar to Dallas Clark (NOT Nearly as Good though) bc hes an Athletic Freak and creates MISMATCHES All Over the Field!!!! Bush may not put up MONSTER Stat-Lines but he gives Sean Payton such an X-Factor to just juggle around the field, plus hes a BEAST in the Punt-Return game!!!
I dunno... To say Pierre Thomas AND Reggie Bush being out IS NOT that big of a deal, and to claim that Chris Ivory fills in for PT just Fine, and then to claim Ladell Betts is an adequate replacement for 3rd Downs and Passing Downs... is just Wrong!!! The N'awlens Saints Offensive struggles have been LARGELY associated with their Inability to Run the Football, and they are just Predictable lately! Arizona was supposed to have a MUCH IMPROVED Defensive Unit going into 2010-11 and I expect them to keep NO's Running Game in Complete Check and then Force Brees into some VERY Predictable Passing Situations and Take FULL Advantage of that !!!!!!!!
I CANNOT See New Orleans taking the Cards to the "woodshed"... I mean they "should" or maybe I should say... they "could" bc theyre the better football team but Arizona is @ Home (HUGE Factor), and Arizona was Just Embarassed on the ROAD against San Diego..... Now they come back to Arizona to Feast on some Home-Cookin' !!!! GREAT Spot for Az... ML Bet is Solid but take the 7+ Pts !!!!
GREAT back n forth here .....I have followed these backs critically as I had Thomas as my RB and Ivory as his replacement....IVORY has potential, BETTS is at the end of the road, and Bush and Thomas could be starters anywhere....BUSH/THOMAS are easily the better 1-2 bunch and IVORY makes a great 2rd option....I find it odd though that the 2 of you are focusing on the running game in this matchup instead of the fact that AZ is starting a ROOKIE QB in Max Hall whose resume is 9 of 16 for 85 yds and an INT, against the defending Super Bowl Champs...So it doesnt seem as if AZ will pull this off because of superior offense...and with a Defense that ranks at the bottom of the league, I cant see AZ winning this on defense.....
I can find reasoning in all your plays except this one......keep it movin !

A capper is only as good as his current picks. 17 game win streak hmm, although impressive i have some quarells with your current picks. I think tops you go 2-3, 1-4 this week.
first with the buff v jags game, you say how bad the jags pass game is on the road . When in reality there road passing game ranks 7th in the nfl 279 yards. And even if the run game isnt so great on the road the bills have the LAST rank rund defense giving up 202 yards a game.
Then how can you comfortably take AZ starting a rookie qb, and larry fitz has been banged up this whole year and they do not have steve breston. And the other reasons a previous poster cited. Home advantage? to people still go to cardnal games ? jk but is it really going to be this awful atmosphere for the saints when the cards are down 14? mmm probaly not
nextly SD vs OAK NO DARREN MCFADDEN? hes been the only O for OAK and Gradkowski is hurt but playing. OAK 1-7 ats at home vs SD. Also we know SD just gets better as the season goes on, and SD is avg 28 pts on the road (3 NFL) while OAK has the 29 defense. SD is also top 9 in the nfl on both road pass and rush def. No RUN DMC for OAK, OAK missing O Line ( Robert Gallery) how do they move the ball?
My picks
GB -3 (no Fat Albert, No CP, DNab hurt, WAS old corners) A Rod and jerimicah Finley rape the skins
SD -6.5 reasons above Ryan Mathews breaks out this game
NO -7 AZ is just a bad team and reasons above
ATL -3 Peyton Hilis might not play, ATL top 10 in ints, seneca wallace your starting qb. Burner Turner get it done
JAGs reasons above
