Yes they haven’t lost in 3 months and I would say probability will work against them this week. They are the 2 best teams in the NFL so this is the real super bowl I feel. I won my big bet on the 9ers last week but this week I’m going against a rookie QB in Philly. Hurt is the difference in this match up. I love the Eagles -2.5 . May the better team win

@kcblitzkrieg Indeed, both are top 2 defenses TY, this game is a conflip, who ever turns the ball over in critical moments, penalties will lose the game Edge to eagles at home imo
This guy gets it

It's the same thing as always for the Niners, I don't trust their QB play and you need one to win a SB.. You can't just get away with it with a great defense like in college and make people believe stetson bennett is a great QB. You will finally have your luck run out, it did for them in the same game last year they are about to play in. It would be hard for me to bet against what im seeing that Eagles front doing to people on both sides. Their OL was just having their way against the Giants, and the Cowboys ran it better than I thought they would and the rushing attacks aren't even comparable with the Eagles. Force Hurts to throw is how you beat them, but they are so good at making the run work.. This is gonna be a trench warfare game
You can't get away with it with a great Defense? Wow... ummm...no comment until Trent dilfer texts me back with his thoughts.
This games going to be decided by 3 pts either way

My thoughts exactly! Hard to find angles that really favor one team decisively... but I'm sure that won't stop this forum from being flooded with "Lock of the Year" threads.

1994 was a long time ago.. Even the 2012 Super bowl is a long time ago now
Same with Cowboys, it's been a long time for these teams.. Course my team has never won a Super Bowl in my lifetime, the Bears won SB a year before I was born lol.

That was in 2000, are we going to pretend the league is still the same now? Also you're talking about arguably the best defense in the history of the league with that Ravens team. Even in college it's hard to get away with it now that's why Saban has finally recruited actual QB's as the game has evolved. These defenses actually make people think the bad QB's aren't bad, I can't wait to see someone give Stetson bennett a chance in the NFL

He asked a specific question, which I answered. The Niners are 1-1 in NFC championship games since 2020. It’s a ridiculous conversation to say they are cursed from winning a championship game.

bro that Eagles @ Dallas game was on the road and Minshew was QB. SF hasnt played a true road game since purdy took over. They played a close one @ Seattle ..scored 7 off a turnover otherwise its a 14-13 game..and SF defense gave up 31 to a 3rd stringer that hadnt played a game in years Stidham. Philly is no Seattle or Raiders..and if we remember when Purdy played at Iowa ST..he couldnt play a lick on the road ..now he has to face the forn 4 of Philly defense. This doesnt look good for himjust my 2 cents . Peace

Niners were stomping the Seachickens and had a pick six called bag on a bogus RTP call on Geno Smith because when he got taken down, he ricocheted off his guy and Bosa fell on him. Would have been 28-3 and Seattle would have been dead in the water. But, they go on to kick a fg and then another garbage time TD under 4 minutes. Seattle got mauled that game but the NFL refs kept the game close because it was on Prime Time.
Niner/Eagles will come down to who is more healthy. Eagles have had a lot if injuries late in the season and although some guys are back, they are by no means 100% and you can bet the Niners WILL knock some Eagles out of the game. In those 11 regular season games, those 11 teams lost every game thereafter. Hard to contrst how physical the Niners are and what it does.
I mean you want to talk about bad teams, take a look at the Giants. Garbage team last year that makes the playoffs because of the coach. Jalen goes down and so does your season. Third stringer in SF, no problem.

Bears 18 SF 10 with Trey Lance in hurricane conditions? WTF relevance does that have to next Sunday? Denver 11 SF 10.. Oh that's the one that's going to convince me to bet the Eagles. The Eagles finally won a playoff game for first time in how many years? SF has extensive experience in NFC Championship games. If the DB catches that Stafford from Stafford in the NFC title game last year, they'd likely be defending SB Champs. Eagles will present a challenge, we're going to see the running QB try to get to a SB, it don't happen often. I seen Philly gag in several NFC Championship games they were favored to win at home.
No gamble No future

Niners last loss was on October 22nd It’s just silly. These dudes have not lost a game in 3 months fam. Keep selling your Niner stock. I’ll buy lower. Most are selling their Niner stock after this game. As if you’re supposed to dominate and win convincingly over a team that won 13 freaking games. Dallas dropped 40+ on this Eagles defense that was held to 12 points today. Keep selling your Niner stock. I’ll buy. Niners are the underdogs next week. It’s beautiful. Lot of work to do before making my pick but this notion that the Eagles are an easy win next week because of the defensive struggle today is insane.
Facts
During the 49ers win streak, 9 of 12 games were in California
49ers haven’t left the west coast since week 6.
49ers played 2 early games in different time zones this season and lost both
There’s a reason they are underdogs. It’s because they are going to lose
