They are known as kind of a joke in the football community... They grade plays and players without knowing what that players assignment was on the play... They'll give a guy an F on a perfectly excecuted assignment...And the San Fran D-line will go through them like swiss cheese on Sunday night

I watch every packers game and Aaron only gets sacked once a game because of the d line. The other times it is because he takes way way to long to throw the ball, something that can be adjusted and gameplaned.

Don't misunderstand me kids, Aaron Rogers is really good. I don't care who he sleeps with or what he does in this personal life, he's really good on the football field. I've bet Total sacks OVER in many games he's been in and he throws the ball away as good or better than any QB ever. So I think the sack total will be inflated.. He just throws the ball away, but if your bettin on Frisco, thats just fine...but...

I've read a lot of chit on these forums and it might be recency bias as I just read that but it really seems like this could be a candidate for at least today's most ridiculous comment on Covers...

He just needs to get the ball out quicker..3 step drop, and well have to release it  in under 3.5  seconds.

I never said defeat, I said know what to do. Also, that statement I made might be a hot take but it is nothing crazy or ludicrous.

You infer I think Rodgers and his smartness will be enough to win the game, but I never stated or thought that. My point was that if there was a dude with the smarts to take on such an elite front 7, Aaron would be a great choice. 

I also said I hope, why? because the first time out he did not know what to do against them. 2nd time around I hope that things change and they can make adjustments.

Actually, ducks float, and are usually paddling away with their webbed feet.  The real term is a "dabbling duck", as they hunt for prey (or vegetation) to eat as they float along.  Very rare do you see them sitting down.

If Rodgers becomes increasingly buoyant, and then starts to paddle with his legs, this game becomes a coin flip...

I'll take my chances with a experienced HOF QB in the playoffs over a rookie especially when I'm getting +7.5

As a life long Bear fan I think I can say with a lot of credibility that this ain't the same Rogers and this isn't a great Packer team...Thier season ends today, but if they get the breaks, the calls and they play a perfect game, they could conceivably cover

I'm going to apologize in advance for saying this...but anyone who thinks Garrapolo is a "rookie" at this point either has not watched him play this year or last year or has no fundamental comprehension of the value he gained while sitting on the bench behind the GOAT for years...

He is not the traditional "rookie" in ANY sense or understanding of the word....

Please reconsider this inherently foolish statement...now, if you like taking points with a HOF QB, by all means take the points...but take them because you believe he will be the difference in winning and losing the game...to take them because he is going up against a "rookie" QB is inherently incorrect in multiple ways...

For once I agree with BC. 

This game should not be close. SF most likely will win by more than two scores. If you are taking GB, the backdoor cover is probably the situation you will find yourself in when the 4th quarter arrives. 

Green Bay, to my eyes, looks like one of the worst 15-3 NFL football teams in the history of the game.

Good luck on your play Black cannons much respect but I have to disagree with you here only because if I lose I lose with a quarterback that may arguably be considered one of the top five of all time and getting 7.5 I lose you win so be it it's gambling but having a team that's never been in this kind of pressure playing against a team like them or not (I don't) in the Packers and Rodgers as your quarterback who has been there done that plus winning their last six and playing very well.....hmmmmm should be an interesting game......enjoy the game budpeace
