That's a very Naive remark... I think winning the superbowl is no different than winning the championship at your local circus... TYTYTY

I intially liked detroit because of emotion.. But with it being on a monday night and detroit having two more games to still make the playoffs,, i played the ML ,, I lost on a 61 yard FG,, I can still sleep... Besides i did pretty good on Sunday so i let it ride a bit...

I GUARANTEE if they won by 5, you would not be attempting to retract that wager.

So was it a sheep bet or a sharp loss?  I figured the sharp money will get refunded since the books only accept sheep money right...

If i didnt have the slightest clue,, i wouldnt be winning,, and when i started out.. I didnt have a clue... And i didnt win... No reason to lie.. Living a lie isnt fun my friends,, those are the real people that are trapped inside,, living with regrets... I have none.. Looking forward to the future as always...

Ahhhhhh......I missed all the love here on Covers.  Good to be back.  Looks like everyone is sharing the love too.   Everybody is so nice and loving on this site. Even more so during the holiday season.

I went back and read the thread again and you didn't just initially liked Detroit. You liked it enough to bet it and just because the bet was lost, you don't have to make it sounds like you ever had a second thought on betting on them. There is no need to try to come up with a reason after the fact. In addition, you didn't liked them because of emotion, but because some "fade-the-public",  "fixed" angle. We all lose bets so you don't really have to lie repeatedly. GL
