I have a tad over 100K in my bookmaker.eu account. They can only send a paper check for 3K per check. They can do Bitcoins free of charge. They can only send 45K max per bank wire. (preferable way) Minimum is 10K and max is 45K. The fee structure is for wiring the money is higher than schit. They want $500 to wire 10K. $600 for 20K $700 for 30K $800 for 40K and then $900 for 45K. I'm like WTF?
Also, you have to use one larger bank to receive the wire, no forwarding. That means all your smaller community banks won't work as they all use a bigger bank, like US Bank, Chase, etc.
Anyhow, the last time I had a crap load of money at one of these places was way back in 2004. I had 500K at Pinnacle and they just sent me a cashiers check for 200K or something. I ended up gambling away the other 300K. Should have had them send me 450K looking back but my compulsive side said, if you ask for that much at once they might not send you anything. My gambling monster was happy with that decision too. Anyway, does anyone else have big balances, pay that much to get their money, use bitcoin payoffs, just curious. Thx

I guess my question, to be more specific, is how do the other books handle payouts, do they cap them at 45k per day and charge nearly $1000 to send you the money?

Bookmaker charges you the wire fee as a 3rd party person/company who they outsource wires the funds to you and that fee's most likely goes to them. Totally understandable. I've had Bookmaker wire funds to me at my local bank. It is not a big national bank by no means.
Be glad you have your funds with Bookmaker. They will pay you and pay you fast. It may cost a small fee but they will pay you and that's all that matter's.

Yeah I wish I had that kind of money, $100 is a lot to me. Personally I use bitcoin to deposit / withdraw to sportsbooks. My bitcoin wallet is attached to my bank account and I can send my bitcoin directly to my bank in the form of cash.

I'm not suggesting that I believe any of this, I'm just a little bored this morning. However, with that kind of money in an offshore book, and if it were me, I would fly down to San Jose, CR, walk in to Bookmaker, present my ID, get a cashier's check, walk across the street to the nearest bank and open an account. There you go. You have just legally laundered your money, avoided taxation, and can enjoy a nice, relaxing vacation. If you like the ladies, visit the Hotel Del Rey, downtown San Jose. They would treat a big shot like yourself very kindly

Just me but 100k is a lot to have in an illegal offshore gambling acccount.
I agree. At one time, I had $20k+ in an offshore poker/sportsbook account and I was nervous. I got (free) checks for $7k, $6k, $4k in successive months while playing low limits and tourneys. Soonish after they shut down and ripped off the customers. I had zero-ed out before then.
Now I gamble sports with a local. I dont get the best lines. I dont get early lines. But I know the guy, where he lives, who is partners are if something happens. They guarantee $100k. I dont know if thats legit but I feel better with the whole operation. Also dont have to worry about banks, transfers, fees ect.
Also for someone saying only 1.8k to take out 90k... its still $1800. Thats a lot of money to pay to get your money.

I actually have 45K heading my way via wire and should see the funds by Monday or Tuesday. I have another good weekend and I may just fly down there as the poster suggested. I'm a single 50 year old guy and there could be lots of extra befits to getting my money. I have close to 500K worth of frequent flyer miles with Frontier airlines to use up and I think they got to Costa Rica.
Stay tuned my friends and thanks for all of the responses. Good folks on here.

I thought the wire fees were high too at first but if you look at the percentages they charge with the amount of money being transferred it is inline with their other method fees.
That flying down to CR and checking out the ladies suggestion does like a good plan too though.

I just hung up with them and if I fly down there they will NOT issue me any sort of check or give me cash. I am welcome to visit and the one guy joked that he'd even lend me his girlfriend. LOL Or go get some drinks and a massage or something. He said their cashiers checks come out of Canada and their wires out of Europe. They go thru great lengths to protect their transactions. He claimed Costa Rica doesn't want to be part of the money side of this in any way. Guess they want peace with the American gubermint. Anyway, I'll be fine getting those wires after they go thru 10 processors and then to my account. I have records of tons of losses if the IRS ever shows up at my door and finally no player "ever" has been prosecuted for gambling offshore or having an account. So people can say Illegal etc etc. But put Phil Michelson in Jail first I say, then I'll start paying attention.
