Lions are 0-7 on all thanksgiving games they played so far. Yall think Bears can win straight up? I’ve said it before, detroit has been on a high recently and due for a bad game. I think this is the perfect spot for Gambling Gods to upset all Detroit ML backers.

home court advantage, fan morale is high, team chemistry is high, currently on a streak and most of all - Thanksgiving Day Curse. The most perfect spot to disappoint and ruin the holidays for America. Lol

Lions Thanksgiving Match upvs Bears: 8-11

this will be their 20th thanksgiving match up and I can sense the lions will go down for an 8 game streak of the curse. Caleb Williams is on a good spot to prove his worth. Bears +9.5 free money, bears will keep this close the very least.

 Dan Campbell chewed his players balls for dinner instead of Turkey legs last 2021. It was his first year with the Lions and they lost to the bears. Lol

 I agree that the Lions are really good this year. What keeps this stat interesting is that they are always the better team in their thanksgiving match up yet they manage to fuck things up for everyone. Last year they lost to Jordan Love’s Packers, they were on a win streak entering Thanksgiving. There seems to be a pattern for Detroit Lions and Thanksgiving Games.

Purely based on the match-ups on the field, Chicago would need to be able to score consistently to have any chance at upsetting the Lions, and that's not going to happen.  The Lions ability to run the ball effectively with that 1-2 punch of Montgomery & Gibbs has forced defenses to keep 7 in the box and really opened up the play action pass for Goff, especially in the middle of the field.  

I can see Chicago being competitive, and while I wouldn't bet the cover with my own money, it's definitely possible, but Dan Campbell WILL be eating turkey legs tomorrow... bet on that! LOL

Actually, the Lions are 37-45-2 on all Thanksgiving games they played so far.

Just take the over and don't worry about it.

I like the Bears +9.5 only because this is a 3 game homestand for Detroit and I feel they're only going to do barely enough to win but not cover.  They're going to save their A+ plays for Green Bay and Buffalo in the next 2 games.  

But no doubt this Detroit team is rightfully Super Bowl favorites.  

The reasons you would take Chicago is because they have lost 5 straight and that's hard to do. 3 of these games were lost in the last play of the game so they play tight games, just find ways to lose. Could they be due? Possibly.

They also played the Lions extremely tough last season, blowing 2 games late 

Caleb Williams has been great of late. At home vs 2 good teams, but now going on the road.....
