I have the bears also for a lot, locked it up saturday night at +7.5

These two rookie QBs could generate more points then expected. That is by having costly turnovers and the opposing teams D scoring. If it drops below 34 I might take the over too.

As far as the game goes the niners have not allowed a touchdown after a loss with harbough as the coach and I think they will take tying the rams as a loss. I am going to take niners-4 and hope that kapernick does not have any costly turnovers

neither quarterback is a rookie and campbell is on the downside of his career.

Both defenses are capable of scoring points on there own and both quarterbacks carry the football like it's a loaf of bread. These factors together give the over a shot for sure.

For all intents and purposes Kaepernick is a rookie having only thrown 5 passes last year and 26 this year. This will be his 1st start. Campbell was a starter for the Redskins and the Raiders.

to mjrode....i agree the over is the play, but for different reasons... kapernick gives the 49ers a dimension unusual to the NFL.....even a bit different from RG3.....this guy can pass the ball, not throw it, and he runs like a gazelle...i see him causing havoc on pass plays that break down and he takes off...i know the bears will know this too.... but he is such an exceptional athlete, i expect he will cause match up problems..
campbell is an experienced though lackluster QB that will put a few pts on the board..i like the over at 34 or 34 1/2...as well as SF laying the short number.

anthony, i wish i had been smart like you...i almost bet the bears at + 7 buying it to 7 1/2  AND i thought about opening a teaser with Chicago at + 13 and buying the pt to + 14.... then i coulda had 2 nice middles to play for.. good luck to you.

nobody seems to be talking about two of the best return men in football. 34 is a weak number and it won't take much to push it over.

Both QB's could have turnovers setting up some short fields. I can also see both D's loading box on early downs to take away the run, setting up passing situations that both teams D can take adavantage of. When you have good QB play its smart to run on early downs against a base defense. Because you know you can still convert with a 3rd down pass. Tonight I can see a lot of obvious passing situations where the defenses will just ignore play action and sit on routes. I have done a 360 on the total and now like the over. I have no idea how to cap the side on this one though... thinking small play on over...

big dog.... who would you rather have taking snaps, a great young athlete or a guy on the downside of his career behind a shitty O line against a super defense?  to me thats all the cappin required, dont over think..

that is true...it is a weak number but it's weak for a reason. i think it's going to be very close and it's a coin flip. anything can happen and the weather looks good for an over.

i personally think both defenses are focus and because the 9ers who have a stronger run game along with kaepernick's legs and short throws, turnovers will be minimal.

bears will have to throw to win imo....9ers doesn't. both special teams are outstanding and both punters/fg kickers are outstanding.

Jason Campbell is no rookie, however he is a crappy, he will throw some pick's tonight and blow it for CHI

I still like 49ers but for 1 unit and i like Over 34.5 ...i have it 20-9 SF ...but can see a Defensive or special teams TD take it over the total...I do not play any parlays...but looks like a great spot for SF/Over Teaser...Good Luck man hope it goes way over...41-16 SF would be nice...
