Miami Dolphins @ New York Jets
Jets scored 10 points late to beat the Dolphins in overtime in week 3. I like the dolphins with there very underrated rush defense to put the clamps on the Jets offense this week.
The Jets hate the Patriots more than any team in the league. After putting forth 110% effort last week, embarking a big 4th Q comeback to force overtime only to lose the game, makes this bet even better. The Jets will be flat coming off that OT loss to their most hated rival. Yes, this is still a divisional game for the Jets but the Dolphins have the better defense, the revenge angle, and are coming off a bye week giving them two weeks to prepare for a big divisional game.
Meanwhile, the Jets are going into their bye week, which has been a huge downswing for home teams this year.
Home teams going into their bye week with a spread of 0 to -6 this year are 0-8 ATS and 15-43 (25.8%) ATS the past 14 years.
