Based off everything Ive read and known about him, and after analyzing his interview, I would be extremely surprised if this was a "head fake".

 

It looks like he is really on the Chiefs, small. (small for him) 500k-1 million

 

He has the Chiefs as a 2 point favorite, I think hes serious

He sold his house in the Ranch and lives on the beach in Carlsbad, last I knew. If it is still standing. It was on a cliff near Swami's that looked dangerously close to falling into the ocean.

Walters has an ego. It doesn't seem like him to intentionally go public with what he thinks is a losing bet.

 

It would eat away at him a little bit. 

 

He doesn't need to be deceptive to still do what he does. He's balls deep inside Vegas and always will be.

 He’s known to move lines, not that he ever could in the SUPERBOWL and come back the other way.but line came down 1/2 point soon after his play was released, at Caesars,  could have been a coincidence or VEGAS being VEGAS. Line is -1.5 at Circa too.  I’m with you JG, with a slight lean to the over!

Lmao a 1M bet would not affect the line?! 135 million was bet in Vegas. If the pros would have wanted to influence the line, I would think the would have pushed SF over 3 early instead of down to 1.5 and then hammered Chiefs 3.5. But these guys do it for a living and you don’t.  That’s the difference.

Multiply that by 10x just at legal sportsbooks. $1 million is a rounding error.
