I think a nice 10-point teaser with ties lose would be 

Dallas +3

Miss. State -0.5

Houston Texans +4

Betting 60 dollars to win 50.

 

I don't remember Dallas losing a Thanksgiving Day game at home as long as I can recall.

My for and against system has made me a lot of money over the years. Last year it lost with bears at eagles and eagles won it all. This year it lost with cardinals at rams like week 3 I think. Isn't your Reverse For and Against System supposed to produce an underdog winner?  My memory is faulty, but I think you said something like that a couple of weeks ago.  I am too lazy to look it up.

No the reverse produces a favorite, however that dog I posted by mistake (Cleveland browns) beat Atlanta SU... I just posted the wrong one of my systems... 

I have a “for and against” which produces a dog 
A REVERSE for and against which produces a favorite

And another one that produces a dog which isn’t as solid as the others (Cleveland browns and panthers a while ago 2-0 this year on this system which isn’t usually that good) surprising solid this year

I think my record is like 9-2 posted. I started 0-1 and then won 7 in a row and then split one week and then won with the browns... it’s close to that if not correct. It’s too much of hassle to keep track when I don’t post every week. A lot of times I just chit chat with others. I was talking bears and rams all week since last Monday,  but never actually made a post of my own so I don’t count those... I did make money on both tho... some of my wins were second halves tho posted...

You see tomorrow what will happens is either falcons will go wire to wire with saints or falcons will cover in the back for. If they cover in the backdoor then we will see NFL IS RIGGED threads all over and nonsense... to me I could care less how it plays out as long as falcons cover. We finally get the overreaction at the RIGHT time. AGAINST A DIVISION FOE OFF A LOSS where they basically quit playing at half time... saints love to score and run it up, but I believe it WILL NOT go down the way it has the last 7 weeks and if it does then it will be neck and neck... we are getting double the points as last week and philly isn’t even in their division. You can’t make that up if you tried. ARE ODDS MAKERS NUTS? maybe, but they know everyone will lay it and parlay it and tease it so they have no problem with it and we all know everything will tie in to that game...

 As you know, the vast majority of sports bettors are NPCs and incapable of thinking for themselves. They let their eyes and their emotions dictate their betting choices, rather than reason and logic. Many would never dream of betting on an underdog, no matter how lopsided the line. Atlanta definitely the sharp call here.

Thank Bpickin for your long explanation of how your systems fared this year and in years past.  I will play the first halves of one or two games and see how the first game goes before making my decision on the second and the third.  i also like a 7 point teaser involving LSU, Giants, and Texans.

My reverse system is a play against a dog that was a dog the previous week and covered (which produces a bet on the favorite of the next game) which matches up with some other information that i use. I like to call it my “public opinion” information. So basically I am betting AGAINST THE REDSKINS as opposed to betting on the cowboys... it could have been any team in this situation. The bet is against redskins which means to bet on the cowboys...

Five-year-olds are not allowed on gambling floors in Vegas.  LOL  Kidding aside, I am just appreciative of what Bpickin has willingly shared with the rest of us and hope that he will continue as long as he can.  He doesn't have to divulge his proprietary knowledge that he developed through I am sure many years of losing.  If he divulges the systems, the books may adjust their lines, rendering his systems useless.

The only thing that could scare me would be the qb change in skins game, however that information was well known before any lines were made. There was no question of a qb change before last weeks hane even ended so the line was set accordingly. It opened at 9 and dropped to 8 and 7.5 and when I bet it I have 7.5 at one place and 7 -120 at the other. Again this line was set Sunday night or Monday and the qb situation was all ready out in the open because we all knew smith wasn’t coming back... if the qb situation was questionable I would have been nervous, but by the time lines opened up Monday it was well known... line dropped quickly tho once announced... i don’t thing the game will land on 7, but if it does then I’ll have to deal with it for betting to early... I think they win by 10 or more maybe, but we all know Garrett will get a lead by 4 quarter and run out the clock if possible...

Colt McCoy is 2-0 SU against Cowboys.  His passer rating against Cowboys is second best after Drew Brees.  He had QB rating of 108 in his games against Cowboys.  He owns all passing records in the State of Texas high school football.
