why would the weather benfit the Bengals , The weather being bad bodes well for the Jets by far . The freerolling Jets and there rookie Cali QB proved last week ,that weather does effect them ,they played the best game of the year.
Momoentum is always key in playoffs Teams that lose the last few games of the season never goto the superbowl. The Jets lose ,they still had a sucessful season and will be a team that other teams will pay alot more attention to next year
. Cicny Has all the pressure in the world on them. If they lose the season is the biggest disapointment in years ,because they havent even smelled playoffs in a while. The emotional rollercoaster they are on plus the way theu are banged up, ,and the way the Jets D has shut down every top reciever in the league, and has not allowed any teams to run on them at will, does not help the Bungles what so ever.
Clearly this is a bad matchup for Cncy. Can they win ?of course. But if both teams play well the jets are the team to beat. .Where the jets arent good is coming from behind ,and going down 14 pts. ,if Cicny makes them goto a catchup come from behind passing shootout type game then Cincy could beat them. But if the Jets stay true to form and shut down Cincy in the 1st half like they did to teams all season /They have a good chance of going on.
Me personally I was going againist Cincy in this spot no matter who they were playing . They had a good season, but are not no way a championship type team. They are the worst team going into the Playoffs in the AFC ,no question

i'm having trouble with this game... on the one hand, the ass-whooping last week is sure to favore the Bengals in a bounce-back role, and you have a rookie QB playing his first playoff game on the road in cold temps...
but on the other hand, Cincy is DEFINITELY the worst team in the playoffs... they are the only team that i give a 0% chance of making it to the Super Bowl in either conference... even the Jets (because of their defense) at least have a shot in hell... Bengals don't...
so this game is tough... i just don't think i can put money on a team i think has no business being in the playoffs with the likes of Indy, SD, NE, etc...

Please don't let the Week 17 game be your basis for backing Sanchez in this game. The Bengals rested several players, had nothing to play for and were on the road. Their guys are back (Benson, Peko, Crocker, Geathers) and now they are playing a rare home playoff game. Trust me they aren't just going to lay down for a team who quite frankly are lucky to be in the playoffs. If the Jets fall behind in this game are u really going to want to rely on Sanchez to bring u back? Cincy is the play here....
