Actually you can play this also, 18 or 19 are dead point zones for a half.  Statwise is so little you shouldn't worry about it.  That's why some books will put a line here when it's 19.5 at most books.

But you need to open an account up at 5Dimes and Pinny if you can.

I don't blame you.  But as most know I love to go against the grain.  Just wish my grain had +4.5 on it.
