Romo has the potential to be good, but early on he's been acting a little too excitedly and talks too much. It makes his voice kinda grating after a while. A little air space is good, he needs to relax some.

I maybe in the minority, but I like him. I think he's far better than Gruden. I actually prefer over Aikman and Romo, though the latter is showing some chops.
