Do not forget that the best bet in sports this year was a 7-3 yankees win to close out yankee stadium.  I think you see the cowboys winning this one as well....to close out texas stadium.

Whatever side everyone is on PLEASE find more reasoning to back up your play then this being the last game at a particular stadium. You honestly think T.O. gives 2 shits about the history aspect here. Please consider more then that whether you are on Dallas or Balty

Bringing the #1 Sack D and pressure D against a rookie QB in a big time game, well, I don't think I could ever put money on that.
 
This is what should make the difference.
 
Dallas has 53 sacks on the year and Baltimore only has 31.  Not only will Dallas bring more pressure than Flacco has ever seen, but they will bring more pressure with only 4 players, leaving 7 to play short yardage and jump routes because they know Flacco will only have a couple seconds to throw.  He will not have the time to let WR's run deep routes, so Dalla's pass D will be able to take more chances and stick the short routes.  There is a huge difference when you can sack and pressure the QB with only 4 players, instead of having to blitz extra defenders.  And, last time I checked, Balitmore does not have that elite of a passing game for Flacco to pick apart 7 defenders in just a couple of seconds.
 
Oh, and the Raven's amazing 3.8 rushing yards per carry, well, it just does not look good.

Never heard of a stadium winning a game for a team. This one is simple. Ravens get to Romo, Ravens win. If Romo has time, Cowboys win. Cowboys pressure against Flacco will be a very small factor as Balt will keep it on the ground. I pussed out and took Balt as part of a 7 point teaser, +11. GL

I'm absolutely shocked that over 9 out of 10 posts I open are on Dallas. I mean I expected heavier action on Dallas as they are a very public team, but this is crazy. Did the odds makers really screw up that bad here? Or are the sheeps about to be slaughtered? I'm still feeling good about my Ravens bet but just a pit perplexed here...

I'm thinking the difference in the game here is Heap VS. Witten. Ravens have the better defense and better running game, oddly enough I think the QB's are even...Don't read anything else into it, Ravens are the better team. I bought 7 points and went

I know you are on a hot streak and you make sense in you post but come on Balti is not that bad this game will be decided by 3 points or less. Balti is gonna be ready and you think Balti is just gonna lye down a submit. NOPE! They are gonna play there tushies off and try and make a statement. Remeber this team won the Super Bowl not to long ago. They know how to win when there backs are against the wall. Trust me it will be closer and maybe a straight out win. Might have somedrama tonight in D-town

whats with all the talk about ravens running game? dallas has absolutely shut the run down the last couple of games... some of you let your hatred for dallas blind you..

Not saying that I'm making it a G pick and I'm also not saying Balti will just submit, but right now, the Big D gets after the QB better than anybody in the NFL (and with only 4 players).  Romo and his weapons on a speed track will have a much better day against the Balitmore D than rookie Flacco and umm (not sure who they have) against the Dallas D.

Barber has been great this year, however, he is not healthy. He rushed for 41 yards this week and now he runs u[ against Baltimore and one of the best run defenses know to man. When Baltimore neutralizes Barber, they will be able to focus on containing Mr. Romo. Birds will not sit back and let Dallas put on a show tonight...

This game is gonna be the battle between the two QBs. I rather take Dallas on this one. Sorry!

this is the only solid write-up i've seen backing the ravens...all the public ra ra gamblers look at this game as a low spread and an occasional high powered offense playing a boring team with a rookie QB....I think the ravens might be a good play here against public perception.

I'm sorry, but I don't even think this game will be close, and I'll gladly lay the four pts. I think many are vastly underrating the situation, and this being the last game in Texas Stadium history, you can't overlook that fact. Baltimore is just overmatched here, their road record against teams with winning records is atrocious, and their getting Dallas at the wrong time. Tony Romo's ability to improvise and make plays with his feet, and make throws on the move will help the Dallas offense against an aggressive defense like the Ravens employ. Playing the Steelers and Giants the past two weeks has prepared this team for Baltimore, I'm not worried about Barber because Choice has stepped in and done an admirable job, running and catching the ball out of the backfield. The problem Baltimore faces is on the offensive side of the ball, this offense scares no one and isn't getting the big plays down the field they were getting early on, their running game is non existant at this point, which complicates things even more. Dallas is playing the best pass rush football in the league right now, and they can bring that pressure with four down lineman. Wade has allowed his DB's to play more press coverage, and they will continue to play physical against the limited Ravens passing attack. I suspect that Flacco will be under constant pressure, which can lead to turnovers and/or a lot of three and out's. The Ravens D will spend too much time on the field, and eventually wear down allowing the Dallas offense to make the few big plays they need to win this game. Unless Tony Romo turns over the ball allowing the Ravens to thrive and get scores off their D, I just don't see this game being close, and I see a score similar to what we saw in the Giants game on Sunday night. Dallas will win this game by 10+ pts, lay the four here it will be easy money.

How are the Cowboys "Due" to lay an egg?.....They've been laying eggs over and over again for the second half of the season........

They won a big game last week....and get it done this week as well.......Ravens are done......Flacco gonna be on his backo.....

Even if Baltimore rushes for 100 yards they will have to pick Flacco off the turf too many times.  If Manning gets sacked 8 times behind what is supposed to be a superior line to Baltimore, how many times does Flacco get sacked and pressured?  Gotta side with Dallas here though this is a no play.

I love how Flacco will be on his ass all game and Romo will be completely fine and unharmed. Only way thats happening is if Jessica Simpson pays off Ray Lewis and Co. to be nice to her man

I COULDN'T HAVE SAID IT ANY BETTER MYSELF.  WE ARE PISSED OFF AND WANT BLOOD.  I WATCHED THE GAME @ A BAR HERE THAT JUST HAPPENED TO BE A STEELERS FAN CLUB AND U COULD ALMOST HEAR A PIN DROP WIN ME AND MY LADY WALKED IN W/LEWIS JERZEY'S ON.   NEEDLESS TO SAY, THE GAVE ME HELL AT THE END.  THAT HORSE SHOE WILL NOT FIT UP THERE FOR THEM ALL YEAR LONG.
