 I have been gym rat most of my life more so with the cardio then weights. My oldest son keeps telling to get back to the gym and start doing the weights again at 64 I'm not what I used to be . Running and biking are my happy pill . new_laugh_cry

In my defense it was 8 o clock in the morning and my high school graduation was the night before. Hungover as hell. I went in the military and he went to the pros, never liked that guyan_wink
