Ok, so we are 6-2 MCAAF and 3-1 NFL so far and another two stay aways that were winners for those listening but that doesn't really count besides a good feeling and sure still is boosting the ego necessary to obtain self confidence to post what I am going to post as one of the tonight's two picks.

Looking at the game of Pittsburgh and Washington - one thing is obvious. If you remember one of those posts I posted as an example on past Pittsburgh non cover game - the logic was to compare that game to two games the Steelers failed to cover beforehand and that is what happened precisely. The line behavior as well as the money line odds movement leave no doubt the books want more action on the Steelers. And if they do not cover the -6.5 line they have all the excuses on that as the short week against the over rested Washington. Now, on the other hand I can argue that the Steelers won't have second game in a row with no cover and will take the full advantage of their anger at being in this situation where they are playing with no rest. The meaning we can argue both sides here but in order for something that is bonded together to happen there is only two pick combination that is resulting one safer one than the other. If I was forced to make two picks on this game - the totals and the side - I would go with Washington plus the points and the under cause for Washington to cover it has to be a low scoring game as the Steelers defense is a very stingy one. On the other hand what is the point of going with Washington if there will be under and still the Steelers will win? The obvious reason is the Steelers either winning by a low margin like the Chiefs game yesterday against the broncos - or losing altogether like the Seahawks did to the Giants.
Washington +6.5
Under 43.5

May be second half play after I will see how it develops cause right now I have good arguments for the Niners and the Over as well as for the Bills and the Under so if I'll see during the game which of my possible scenarios is playing out - you guys will know it

Wow. Haven't seen this kind of confidence in contrarian plays since the days of phixer, MrBator and MK (mkbini). I'd say you remind of Mavin more than anyone ever did here. Whoever you are and whatever your style is - thank you for making an effort and sharing your picks with no BS stories and cheap agenda pushing. Thanks

Feels like there is a hope for us - the perpetual losers - here. Followed each of your play here and on the college football forum. For the first time in a long time my bookie will be paying me tomorrow. Hallelujah!!! I promise not to play anything but your plays. I solemnly swear!!!
I'm glad you feel that way. But, remember, I'll have losses too and what you said now will be important then not to go chasing and lose what we gain. Get your wife or a girlified or a boyfriend or a husband and to your children some nice presents for the holidays. That is what matters: how many other people you affect positively. That is what I am trying to do and that is what all of us should do if we can. BOL
