Ravens -3.5
Rams +5
for now..
got leans on
Tampa/washington
Bills/Colts
but still wanting to see how far these lines will move..
Browns/Steeler
Bears/Saints
not sure i want any part of, these are the least appealing matchups on the card in my opinion. my first instinct is to go with Steeler and Saint but dont think it will be that easy. good thing its on sunday so i can put it off for now and focus on the Satueday card

Same card here, I got Rams +4.5. In most cases, you bet earlier on the favorites and later on the dogs. But I always placing plays early, regardless. Good luck, DK!

wouldnt mind if Goff is out. might hurt his team rather than help coming back from minor thumb surgery. will he be turnover prone after not playing for a bit? this is why i cant put a ML play on Rams. Wolford just has to manage the game.
as long as they get their weapons back Cooper Kupp and Cam Aker they have a chance to keep it close and maybe win outright with their defense. McVay has won 2 out of 4 trips to Seattle. without a home crowd might be advantage for Rams

Couldn't agree more on the Steelers Browns game. No idea which version of those teams show up. Would lean Saints, but -9.5 is a lot.
Like Rams - Defense and solid ground game always travels well in January. Ditto for Ravens.
Good luck!

i dont want to jump in front of the Bills freight train right now cuz they look unstoppable. i think Colts defense on paper has good players. they look good statistically if not a little suspect. can their pass d handle josh allen? will cole beasley be back and 100%? i dont want to underestimate Reich and Rivers who have years of playoff experience. those are some of things youll have to consider

Crazy Covid year and beyond, we got Browns three coaches and two players tested Covid positive today. League might have to postpone this game? I have Browns +4 placed yesterday, my book took this game off the board today.

thank you dyamarik. those are the type of teams i tend to go for every year in the playoffs hasnt changed for me. i know you still got to win with passing and its more efficient all the analytic nerds will tell you cant disagree with that but i'll still take old fashion running and good defense over passing anyday. think balanced offense is what i prefer or mostly anyone would

was afraid of that. its inevitable. unfortunately part of the chess game for us bettors when we decide to jump early or not lol. i dont think league will give browns any mercy they just have to deal with it

Totally agree about Goff....the guy is a turnover machine that has lost his confidence.
Wolford is a gamer that will convert some third downs with his legs.
Having Goff is a net negative for the Rams...getting Kupp back would be a HUGE bonus.
That game should be a real slugfest, like games were 30 years ago.

Agree, DK. There is one hedge option for me on the Steelers money line (ML) -270. Perhaps I could go 0.5 unit at it to cut my one unit exposure at the Browns +4, I won't lose both but have tiny window of hitting both Browns +4 and Steelers ML. I'm pondering...
