That same ideology has burned Titan backers HARD the last two weeks.

Yes the Titans Have to win but this is not the same titan defense as last year and while Big Al Haynesworth has gone to Washington , the secondary seems like it has really fallen.

The biggest match up to watch for in this game is the health of Titans two DB's . If they are still injured, you don't think Manning has the skills to exploit such match ups?  Manning has fresh legs catching the ball and the YAC is gone up this year thanks to that.

If this game was played in Indy the line would be -9 or so. considering that they are divisional foes and the game is in tennessee, the line is right.  Notice the juice on Indy - 3.

it has actually gone upto -3.5 already is most books.

the due theory is a bad angle for capping and will put you in the hole quick.

How many people lost big with Titans losing to Houston when they were due to avoid an 0-3 start. Then how many people got taken thinking no way they start 0-4 especially against Jax.

Indy is a much better team than Houston or Jax and I can't see Manning and Co. lose to this Titans squad in its current state.

Yet another week when people fantasize about a Titan turn around.

this is a carbon copy of the Indy/Mia game. Mia was +3 and lost by 4 after dominating the whole game. now Tenn will unleash a rushing attack that will produce points and eat up clock as well as keep Manning on the sidelines. I know that Garrard threw for 323 vs the Tenn secondary but the Titans always play Indy tough in Tenn and Vegas knows this. the line is too low for me to believe that the Colts just walk in and win by 24 points. Tenn run defense will make Manning have to throw and on the road in front of a noisy crowd, i think he finally blinks just enough for the Titans to stay in this and win it or lose by 3. Chris Johnson and Lendale White vs Colts D with NO Sanders or Freeney. just like Miami did, the Titans will run and the D will finally make plays. the public will get crushed here, the only ones that have a chance are the few sharps that got in at Ind -3. the rest of the Colts tickets get torn up.

Manning has had to throw the ball all year - Indy has rushed for 71, 61, 126, and 78 yards...all while throwing for over 300+ yards/game.  Manning knows how to handle loud crowds in an away stadium...this team is right near the top in being able to handle that, you aren't talking about a rookie QB, yound O-line, or inexperienced receivers...

Everyone jumps all over the Colts run D - they aren't as bad as they played in the Miami game, not even close!  The Colts should be able to play run first against Collins, which is a recipe for success for their defense.  Freeney, who played this week against Seattle will be in the game against the Titans.  But in actuality, he is a pass defender...and I believe the team would be better against the run with him on the sidelines, playing only passing downs.  You can't do that with a guy of his talent...
Bob Sanders is a beast, but again, the fact of the matter is they have guys that can still light you up.  Melvin Bullitt is a very underrated safety -

This game will be completely different from the Miami game - it is a divisional game against 2 rivals - it should be a tough physical game.  The Colts have a bye following this game, and know that they can knock the Titans almost out of playoff contention, while getting closer to reclaiming the top of the AFC South after a one year hiatus.

There have been many sucker bets each week - but in this spot, I don't see how you can go against the Colts- I would take them up to 5.5 in this spot -
