WAIWAI that is correct and a local book usually wouldn't have those lines lot alone offer a parlay of the two.
In a previous post Phixer mentioned his sportsbook which one cannot join from an address within the good ole USA. I'm currently looking for the lines, if I find them available I will post.
The team total points most sites offer is similar, currently NE o/u 32, SEA o/u 29

Regarding locals and nothing specific in your post am I arguing but nowadays the local books all farm out their office to an offshore (not the Greek or Pinnacle but places offshore that charge a fee per player to use them), gone are the days of the 5 guys in a Brooklyn apartment 6 telephones, faxing out work...
Money changes hands like it always did but the offshore sites used by the locals offer 24/7 betting, props, live bets etc... the same as Pinacle/Greek etc...
I personally do not know any book that will allow props to be parlayed but I only deal with Pinny Youwager and a local.

Being a longtime Raider fan I stumbled across a prop that may interest you. Raiders over 1.5 fg.....Raider struggle on the road to score points. Almost every opening drive ends up in a fg rather than a td. Jano leg is a weapon and puts them within FG range from a further distance than any other team in NFThe Vikings and Ragnar (the mascot) had a contract dispute and could not agree to terms. This team is falling apart at the seamsL. The offensive fireworks last week will be fond memories. Unless Jano shows up drunk again or gets injured in warmups he will kick at least 3 fg today...
I like this angle... I think I'm gonna tail this

Tbomb, don't expect an answer from Phixer. He has already posted his pics, and yes, you may have to go through hundreds of posts to find the pics so we will all miss an occasional pick. If he likes the 2H of that, or any other game, he will post his pick just keep your eyes peeled.
Plus your question has too many moving parts, it'd be like if I asked you "Tell me, is it as warm in the summer as it is in the country, or vice versa?" Curly
