Good luck Scal but disagree with the statement if the Rams would have kicked the Fg to go up 11 the Boys would have covered.. Not true it would have still ended at 8 because if down by 11 instead of 15 the Boys would have kicked a FG when it was 4th down instead of going for it when Talib committed the PI.. No brainer.. IMO..

Foles played ok last week but the Team plays better with him for some reason. I don't like it's the 3rd straight road game for the Eagles and it's also their 5th road game in the past 6 weeks as well ... Will see what happens but I think the Foles Magic ends today

Scal, any concerns with Foles's ribs?
After all, he is playing against the Bounty Gate Payton. Who's to say that the cash wasn't enticement to hurt Foles? It's right up their alley in N.O...
I'm with you on the Eagles, just looking at every angle...if you ain't cheating you ain't trying is the Payton way.

Jesus stop with the Eagles talk, no one as big a birds fan as me, but I gamble with my head. For those of you betting the Eagles on the ML, have you considered this:
Has anyone on this or any other thread discussed the horrid Eagles defense???
Eagles last in completions and attempts allowed per game
23rd total yards allowed
Eagles 30th in fumbles per game and 24th in opponent fumbles lost
Eagles 25th in opponent interceptions
The ONE area the Eagles are good at defensively is rushing yards allowed. Which is great because New Orleans doesn't have a good QB who can throw the ball (especially deep) in a optimal situation like a dome with home crowd to support them.
The Eagles are also the worst 1st quarter team in the league, now recently they have scored and won the first quarter, and that is very important. Take yesterday, both winning teams scored first. It is hugely important that the Eagles score first if they hope to win. In the two meaningful games the Saints lost, they also lost the first quarter. In 11 of the 13 games they won, they either tied or were winning the first quarter, the only real game they had to make a comeback in the 2nd half was against the bucs on Dec 9th. So if they get ahead in the first quarter or first half, they win most of their games.
You people who are taking them on the ML are simply delusional, just give me your money and I can it burn it for you.
For those taking the points, you are a little less nuts. Personally I wouldn't go anywhere near this game.

The Eagles last year, were far far different then the Eagles this year. Last year just about everyone except for Carson and Sproles was healthy, they had huge confidence and a BYE WEEK going into the playoffs with oh yeah home field advantage. This year they barely get in, do you realize that if Houston made that comeback, they wouldn't be in. They beat an over confident Rams team that thought all they had to do was throw their jersey on the field, and they almost lost that game.
Use your damn head, if you want to take the 8 points, I can see that, I don't agree with it, but don't tell me the Eagles are going to stroll into what is the best home field advantage in the NFL, and walk out winners with basically a rookie secondary that got torched in the last half of the last game by a rookie QB, when you have one of the top 10 QB's to ever throw the ball in his prime with a week rest eager to just chuck the ball. Have you ever been in the Superdome during a game? I have, several times, I sat next to a guy in an all black spandex suit who called himself "Penalty man" and he threw yellow hankies whenever there was a false start called, he ran out of hankies before the half ended. Those people are loud and nuts, so loud you can't hear the person next to you speak.
BTW if you were smart you would have done a 4 team ML parlay on all the favorites, would have paid 2.5 to 1 and the only game you really needed to worry about was won yesterday in the first quarter.
Outside of Foles, give me one stat that gives me a glimmer of hope that birds will win this, give me something that the eagles are better then the saints at.
