The NFL Overlords have their agenda...they always get their way too...Pederson was just following orders...the medical human interest stories of Alex Smith and Ron Rivera must be brought to the fore to show the league has a heart...just think of it like the movie 'Lassie Come Home' or like the tv series Walton's Mountain...we are all one part of a loving, caring NFL family. 

Lets face it, Hurts is their future regardless of last nights game. What happens if he comes back to win that game!? He gains a little confidence and they move back in the draft order and they let NYG in the playoffs. Giants had all season to gain that extra game and win the division on their own and they didn't do it.  Look at the other side. If Hurts keeps playing and Wash crushes him, he loses confidence going into the off season and people are calling for Wentz (we've seen that show and Wentz is likely done in Phi). It's a lose lose if Hurts finishes that game regardless of a win or loss. Get Hurts backup some playing time so he has experience, let Hurts get upset about not having a chance to finish and go into the office season working harder. Players probably work harder and gain more motivation after a tough season and tough last game loss. A win in that game doesn't do as much as a loss moving forward. Wash has a much better chance at stopping Brady then the Giants would. Giants would be 13pt dogs and they'd lose by 21. At least Wash with that front D line will make it tough on Brady so can at least enjoy watching the game. Nobody outside NY would tune in to watch the Bucs destroy the Giants.

for their 2020 nfl playoff lineup had Washington listed as the #4 seed.   Pissed about Philly playing that qb in the fourth quarter in that fashion?   According to another site that gives great stats, the last time that happened....1998 with Kurt Warner.   The 1998 Rams were 4-12 and the 2020 Eagles were 4-11-1.   They were even talking about it in the broadcast....the Philly line was much different than it was supposed to be this yr.    Tell me...be honest.   Last yr., Pittsburgh had a crap year with Big Ben out, right? How many of you expected Pittsburgh to have the year they did?   How many of you picked Pittsburgh to win the division over Baltimore?   The NFC East has been crap now the last few years.   I like the Lassie come Home and Good Night Johnboy sentimentality.

Alex smith everytime he got hit, I was watching to make sure his leg didnt break in half.   Most times, if you watched, he wasnt even planting on that injured leg.   To even get back to playing football, THIS is an amazing story.   Embarassment to society?  IF you are that pissed...dont watch the games!!!!  Last nite was the first time I watched the whole game on Sunday night.   Why? Because I had a HUGE ML bet on the Washington FT.   I didnt watch ANY of the GBay/Chicago game....and Im from WI.   When my son was younger(year after Brett Farve won super Bowl with GB), the Packers lost a game and he was crying.   He looked at me and said, dad, arent you sad?   I said, son, I grew up in the 70's and 80's when the Packers SUCKED.   They won the Super Bowl last yr.    The Green Bay packers dont put groceries on my table.....when they do....THEN I will cry when they lose a game.   some of you people need to get a life.

The majority of "society" could care effing less about this whole ordeal. There are so many things going on way more important than this. By far.

 I think he LIVES for it. He waits until a game is over. A game that there was some sort of bad/questionable/stupid call by a ref/player/coach and then spins it and tells us all how it is scripted.
