Pinnacle and Bet Online opened with 90% of bettors on Cincy early but Pitt bettors have pounded it down to only 65% Cincy as of 30min before kickoff. Line move was pushing Pitt down as well so even thought he totals say the public is on CIncy, it appears that more recent ( and more public) money is on Pitt.

To make a long story short, I think this a pass game based on my read of the market.. But at this point, I would lean to Cincy but for me it is still a pass.
