For the first meeting, Seattle was coming off a bye week and were at home and only won by 2. This time ATL is coming off a bye and is at home.
Seattle is 3-4-1 on the road (3-5 against the spread). They haven't come close to covering there last 3 road games:
Lost 14-5 to Tampa
Lost 38-10 to Green Bay
Won 25-23 vs San Francisco
Atlanta has covered 3 of their last 4 games (and could have easily covered against NO if they wanted), and overall have been playing their best football of the season. The defense has improved greatly since the bye week (have only given up 17.83 points per game since then).
I know a lot of people here aren't high on the Falcons because they're the "Falcons," and love Seattle because they are "Seattle," but if you've watched these teams for the last third of the season, there'd be no doubt that the Falcons were the much better team.

I think ATL should cover this fairly easily...

Don't buy anything. I think 1H play is even better for Falcons. Let me share a telling stat. In the last 4 years the Seahawks won their opening playoff game. In the second game they have terrible 1st halves. The margin is probably -60 in those 4 games. Wild guess. However they did manage to cover the 2nd half spread in all of those games and comeback to win both at home and fall short on the 2 road games. Let's come back to this thread next week after what happens.
Love falcons first half in that game.
