I would take GB -4 and I did, I will probably be wrong because I think the public will pound that line up to as high as 5 to 6 BUT Eli is regressing. He will throw at least one costly INT.
AR is too much for this defense.
My play GB -4
(Don't mind being wrong, but don't think there is any way we win this game).
Tony, this defense is playing at the level of the 2008 Super Bowl team. Correction: Even better.
They are locked in.
This is one of the most efficient Skins offensive teams in their history. It is rare you say that about the Skins. At home. Playoffs on the line for a playoff starved team. Cousins playing for a $100+ million dollar contract.
Giants playing for ONE footnote to their season: Go into the playoffs on a high note. That's it!
They chattered they wanted to win this game. I ignored it. Why? Because who can say that chatter would even see the field. And even as the Giants left the field in dribs and drabs, they still won. Right to the gun they still won.
The big question was whether they'd let Jenkins play. They let him play. He was effective as could be. Then when they pulled him his effective BACKUP got not one, not one (which is huge) but TWO int's at the most crucial moments. A 0.0 passer rating to his side.
That tells me the Giants are playing superb on D at every level. JPP gets injured? Doesn't matter. It's like he's still there. I don't want to be giving out points against this D. Hell no. And over 3? Hell no.
Very surprised you as a Giant fan are on the other side. There's A LOT to be excited about here!
