HUH??? What team was that because it certainly wasn't the Seahawks and it certainly wasn't the Bears.
Bears lost to GB 10-3

Thanks buddy. You're absolutely right. The offense definitely 'changed things' up after the bye and it showed. 26 ppg for the Bears after the bye! (not including the GB game in week 17) That's very impressive.
One more thing I forgot to mention. Garza also missed that game against the Seahawks. After the bye, Garza was back and the line stayed the same through the end of the year. That helped them 'gel' and improve as the season went on. The o-line is not as bad as everyone thinks (it's not great by any means) and I expect the Bears to be able to execute their offense against this 'soft' Seattel D.
GOOD LUCK

Well, it's because of this kind of thinking that Vegas makes so much $$. People usually assume that if team A wins game1, then team A will win game 2 as well. In the NFL, it just doesn't work like that. Teams improve, make adjustments, and have different factors that hindered them in game 1, turn in their favor in game 2 (injuries, rest, travel, etc....)
I really feel good about the Bears covering the line and if your logic for them losing/not covering is because they lost to the Seahawks already, then I suggest digging a little deeper than that.

Well, 'desire' works both ways. Both teams will be just as motivated. I've watched and listened to a lot of 'bears' interviews this week. The 'desire' in these players is just as strong as I'm sure in Seattle's group. Bears hate the fact that they lost to Seattle once already and they can't wait to play them again. Peppers' interview was the best -- I really think he's going to 'explode' on Sunday. You can just sense all the 'built-up" DESIRE in him... we shall see..
As to your point of you 'losing games that look good on paper' -- that is absolutely accurate! There's a billion factors that impact a game after it starts that we can't control. Best we can do, is do our homework and make a sound/logic decision. I feel I've done that, but you're absolutely right, anything can and does happen.

Also dont forget the Bears have a different offensive line than earlier in the season. They switched it around. They also have had Martz work a whole year with the offense and have improved alot. Also they are heathy ofv a bye week.
Right on! I just actually commented on that...Garza also missed the first game against Seattle with an injury, and he's been starting ever since then. The line has gotten better as did the whole offense! Seattle didn't improve at all over a course of a season....big factors here!

Sea had 9 losses of 15 or more pts...two of those being 30+ blowouts...not that he is a stud but Garza also missed the first game

Meaningless game? Did you watch it? They did everything they could to win that game to keep the Pack out and they failed! They will also fail on Sunday when Seattle wins outright
Seattle 27 Chicago 13

I like the write-up my man, just can't bet my hard earned cash on Jay Cutler-sorry. Scary game tho 10+ points in the playoffs-Sea just beat the defending champs...Beware Cutler backers
