I bet GB to win the superbowl earlier this year at pretty good odds. And i believe that they can. Only problem is Tom Brady. Maybe bc he's good and maybe bc he's very lucky. either way beating brady is the path to the superbowl and has been for the last 20 years. GL boys.
Lololol last year , Brady winning had nothing to do with being good.
The refs gave him the effing win

@theclaw Blowing out bad teams is more valuable to a team than playing close games because reasons Dallas playing a joke schedule, on top of the worst division in football, blowing out shi t teams and deliberately running up the score, giving them a good MOV, means they are better than GB because reasons?? How many of your examples in the past played the 2 best divisions in the AFC and NFL AND the best team in the AFC for an extra game (KC)? So if GB didn't allow backdoor TDs in many games this year, didn't have a 35 point outlier loss in week 1, which would all give them a top 5 MOV, they would magically be a contender in your eyes? LOL And when they shut down the Lions and Vikings to finish the season, making them top 10 easily in MOV and D, they will be a contender magically? nice meme stats retard. 100% circumstantial and arbitrary.
Even if we throw out Packers 35 pt loss week one they only move up to 7th.
But why do Packers get to throw out their worst loss and other teams can't ?
We're Packers the only team that had a fluke loss ?
Zona lost by 25 to Panthers with Murray hurt, that'd be more fluke then Packers who had their starting QB.
We throw that out Packers fall to 8th.
If we throw out other teams then Packers fall back once again outside the top 10.
Are Packers the only team gave up backdoor TD's ?
Why do Packers get to throw out their worse loss and all backdoor TD's but other teams can't ?
That's not a fair comparison.
As of right now, assuming Packers get the 1 seed and teams finish in the same spot in PT margin Packers very likely would set the record for having 5 teams in the conference with better PT margins then the no 1 seed.
Only the 7th seed won't have a better PT margin then the 1 seed, that means in other years when we didn't have the 7th seed Packers would finish last in conference in PT margin of all playoff teams.
Think about that for a minute. That is just ridiculous.

Maybe despite all this Packers can still win SB but my point is not sure how the Packers could be considered a sure-fire free money play to win SB with so much history against them.

Rams defense line will have a lot to say about this! If you’re betting Green Bay to win the superbowl, maybe you don’t like money. Maybe you have an allergy to winning. Dallas would beat them! Tampa with all the injuries would beat them. but the team you need to fear is Donald’s rams!

Clowns who said Cowboys with Fat Mccarthy and Dik Prescuck? lol
Dummies who said Rams with Six Pickford leading the NFL 2nd in picks and pick 6s and zero playoff wins who crumbles in cold weather? lol. He's lead the league in pick6s FOUR (4) different years. Let that sink in. Complete joke QB, Blake Bortles tier (who has 2 more playoff wins btw)
Gimp Brady with no receivers and the worst secondary in the league?
All these teams will get destroyed on January 30th in Lambeau, one of the coldest days of the year on average. Except 5 degrees or colder
KC defense exposed as expected and no mojo this year.
Thought so. You're all done here

Have you even checked the numbers? Middle of the road in yards and scoring. Trash secondary. You spout nonsense based on a reputation from years past. Falling for a false narrative like an NPC repeating whatever ESPN says
They also gave up 500 yards and 32 points to green bay last year. 400 yards and 29 points this year. Name a bigger joke.

@GpsStrikezone

Getting to and winning the Superbowl is never easy. I like the Packers to win but they must improve on special teams. Crosby has missed 9 FGs, coverage has been bad, in a close game special teams can make or break you. The best team in the regular season doesn't guarantee you post season success. I believe the NFL would love to see a Rodgers vs Mahomes matchup but there's a few pretty good teams that will have something to say about that first-

5.5 point favorites to the media darling Niners, whom everyone is picking and believes in, right after the Niners were 3 point dogs to the #1 DVOA/point diff Cowboys
Free path to the SB. Consider it cashed.

Sorry for your loss Barrel but Packers were Simply a weak no. 1 seed that you didn't want to see.
Happens to all of us at times, we get biased by our thinking and refuse to see good info on the other side.
Maybe Packers could of won SB but they were not a sure-fire SB team, this is what we should learn from your thread
To much good info against Pack winning SB or even making the SB.
Best of luck in the future, you can still bounce back these next few weeks.
Who ya got today and next week ?
