I was looking for someplace to give me Saints - 21.5 for last night before the game started. Knew it would be a massacre. No one would.
Double-digits or not, you have to play each game as a different entity.

Well they did come back, in fact they drive a hard long 80 yards for TD. Then they sack Ben, to get 3 more point. Pitts were shut out the 2nd half, they almost pull away with the win. I think that made they feel pretty good about themselves. Yep, they lost to Ten coming off a very hard fought big-time divisional rivalry game hosting and crushing Pit. Lots of people thought they might have a let down, and they did.
Also, Ten has Matt Hasselbeck, a quality veteran who has a chip on his shoulder wanting to prove he has "it" still! Matt threw for 358 yards in that game! He attacked Balt's vulnerability; the secondary (and I'm not saying it's a glaring deficiency, they only give up 122 ypg passing. That's not good but it's not horrible either)...
Seriously, are you gonna compare Matt to rookie Blaine Gabbert??? Think again! Gabbert is less than 50% passing completions, 4 TD, 2 INT, 14 SACKS!!!!!! No way, no how does Jack mirror Ten's success in that game as they don't have the weapons to get it done.
Also, if you are comparing Pit to Balt with Jack coming back vs Pit in the 2nd half when they were already down 17-3 at the half and Pit walking the dog the 2nd half sitting on the lead, you are again way off base. Balt throttled Pit to the tune of 35-7 already. Balt is much better than Pit!
Finally, you are wishing for a lot if you think Jack is mistake free tonight. Balt is +8 TO and Jack -2TO. Are you serious that doesn't come into play MNF? I wouldn't bet against it..... Ed Reed, Ray Lewis. Sacks! Fumbles! Interceptions! Oh My!

I am glad this thread got bumped up because I was looking for it. I wanted to come back and give props to you and all of the Jacksonville backers on a tremendous pick last night. I couldn't have handicapped a game any worse than this one and I make no excuses. I am now on the worst run of my career; I went 0-8 on Saturday in the NCAA before chasing for 3 wins late. Figuring I finally had a little momentum, I went out on Sunday and went 0-6 in the NFL before closing the week with that stellar selection on the Ravens. Talk about a humbling experience...ugh...lol. Anyways, all you can do is learn from games like this one and use it as a learning experience for down the road. Very sickening feeling to say the least. Anyways, I wanted to come back here and give you your props because you deserve it. Good luck to all (and me--lol).

Thanks King...much appreciated. I don't bet much per game...$25 to $50 so it isnt that bad but I am grateful for the sentiment. I will keep plugging away. BOL to you this weekend.
