Yeah, this is what I want in my QB...."bouncy"......bouncy off the turf, off the defense, off the sidelines....and Doug Flutie?? Talking about his anticipation and coverage recognition to outweigh size concerns....for his first game? No "great arm strength or "speed" or even a "leadership" comment? Oh shit this is going to be a disaster
Dorrell described Keenum as energetic and "bouncy" multiple times to NFL Media Insider Ian Rapoport and gushed about the 6-foot-1 quarterback's vision, anticipation and coverage recognition. Dorrell said Keenum's attributes outweigh any size concerns.
"I think there's uniqueness to guys like him, don't necessarily have the physical stature that you're looking for, but can make up for it in other ways with some other skills or vision or being able to move," Dorrell told Rapoport. "That's usually the case from guys that are his size, so he was able to really ... In the same mindset with Doug Flutie."
Kansas City with #1 ppg Defense, #2 against the pass at home.
Houston starting "Doug Flutie" who was undrafted 6year college QB with the already #26 scoring offense.
Houston can't stop the run or teams from scoring.
Kansas City Chiefs -6.5

Whewwww.....1H closer than I expected and took a 98 yard scoring drive by KC to cover.
Keenum playing better than I thought, but lets see a little more than 30 minutes.
Houston just is poor on defense and that is consistent all year. Charles is getting big holes to run through and I still think the young QB's inexperience will give KC an opportunity or two.
Good luck the rest of the way boys
